"Nine" ( part 2 )

i woke up in the middle of the night , and opened the door carefully, i looked around to make sure nobody's awake at this hour , my room is just across khun Forth's room , i have to be extra careful but khun Forth seemed still sleeping as well as p'Lam , i walked out from my room easily

it's a quiet place at the back side of this house , khun Singto kinda made this place forbidden for everyone, even some of the servants didnt dare to go near this place , i walked with a lantern in my hand and looked around me again before entering the room

*SWOOOOOOOSH*

the moment i opened the door , i felt a soft wind swept me , honestly i felt my spine chills , but it didnt stop me and i didnt waste my time so i just searching for it right away

i carefully looked at every corner not to made a loud sound , but i didnt found anything , i was thinking , did they already replace it or what ..

but my eyes suddenly focused at the loft up there, i quickly climbed at the tiny ladder to reach the loft

THAT'S IT !!

i found the wooden box

i opened it and the lantern suddenly turned out like something ... or someone blow it off , i was panicked and grabbed everything inside the box with me , the Krissana-Kali mantra and the red thread

because it was too dark , i slipped on my step between the ladder and i fell , i was sure it really made a noise , i hope everyone here didnt hear that anyway

i kinda struggled to walk , i think my ankle twisted or something , i sneaked out from the room limply , thankfully no one was aware of that sound i made earlier and i running back again to my room

"khun Forth ?!"

i was startled to see khun Forth infront of his room

"what are you doing at this late hour ?" he also kinda startled to see me , he also looked at my feet "why are you walking like that?"

"mmm .. i .. i just took a bath .. because i usually take a bath late at night .. but i forgot to bring the lantern with me , i kinda slipped near the stairs down there .." thankfully i only wear a thin outfit , that people usually used after taking a bath , usually servants didnt wear this , but during my time at khun Joong's house , i always wearing something like this after i took a bath because khun Joong likes it

khun Forth looked at me , i believe he's kinda being suspicious about me now , but he's also kinda uncomfortable to see my bare shoulder, which i purposely slid my clothes and revealed it a little

after all khun Forth is a young normal man, no matter how crazy in love he is to his dead wife , bare skin will shake his insanity at the end , maybe ..

"alright then .." he said

"is there anything i can do for you khun Forth .. ? " i force myself to look into his face , usually a mere servants not allowed to see his master face directly unless the maid is the closest maid like p'Lam

we looked at each other , i admit khun Forth is good looking , he's tall , have a nice broad shoulder , chiseled chest and abs , and his eyes is deep , but i can see sorrow and grief through it

it's not like i want to get on and seduce him to the bed with me , i just want to make him uncomfortable and he'd forget his suspicion , so i pushed him to the edge

"no .. i'm going back to my room " he said and left me

i smiled .. satisfied
