You shook your head at the words Sebastian had said last night to you after explaining the dream. But, then again, the dots did all connect if they truly were vampires. The hints Arthur dropped around, Mozart's warnings, hell, even Dazai warned you as well.
The fact that they, too, drank Rogue or Blanc every morning and night. Your mind was just racing with thoughts and questions as you continued to clean. You made your way towards the library subconsciously, as you always did when your mind was confused and thinking.
You, of course, didn't notice the familiar brown-haired male in the library. Taking a look around, you gave out a sigh to yourself.
"A mess, again," You grumbled out, kneeling down and began picking up the books. After a while, you managed to clean up the whole library, before your eyes landed on the brown-haired male, sleeping on the couch. A book over his face made your eyebrows raise in interest and confusion.
<Must have fallen asleep reading...> You thought to yourself with a slight smile. You moved to grab a blanket, placing it over the male and slowly moved the book off from his face. A few light giggles leaving your mouth soon as you watched the sleeping male for a couple of minutes before turning around to leave. You let out a squeak upon feeling your wrist being grabbed.
Turning around, you saw the brown-haired male awake and sitting up. A teasing smile forming as he saw you.
"My my, Cara mia~ Taking care of me?"
"I-" You started, averting your gaze away as Sebastian's words came to mind.
The brown-haired male seemed to notice this and soon pulled you down next to him. "What's wrong, Cara mia? Did something happen?"
You could only shake your head, frowning and tried moving away. "Nothing's wrong, Leonardo, it's just- I-" You stopped yourself, unsure of how to tell Leonardo that you were in fact, scared of him. Terrified even, just because you knew the male was a vampire.
His amber eyes narrowed a bit, his hand going under your chin to lift your head up. "Cara mia," he mumbled out, sighing softly. "Did Sebastian tell you?" You froze at his words, your eyes going to the side as you gave a slow nod. The tall male sighed and he went to gently brush back some loose strands of your hair behind your ear.
"I'm not going to hurt you. Not now, not ever, Cara mia. I promise that." He whispered gently into your ear, soon placing a light kiss onto your forehead. Your face heated up upon feeling Leonardo kiss your forehead. A small pout and a bit of uncertainty came across your face as you looked at the pureblood.
"...Promise? Really?"
"Yes, really,"
A gentle smile soon formed as you seemed to relax a small bit. Knowing Leonardo, he wouldn't break a promise, even if you didn't know him all too well. You let out a small mumble soon, with Leonardo watching you the entire time with a soft chuckle.
"How about I take you around town, maybe get a few flowers?"
Your face and ears turned a brighter shade of red as you looked at the other. A small sparkle in your eyes as you heard his suggestion. "..Yes, I would love that," You gave a light smile at the artist and inventor. He stood up with a silly grin, taking your hand and pulled you up.
"Well let's go~ I may fall asleep, so take care of me~" He hummed out, to which you shook your head and followed after him.
"As if you would out in public. I'll get Theodorus to get you up then,"
Leonardo shook his head, snickering. Pulling out a nearby rose as the two of you walked out, he grinned and placed it in your hair.
"Such a beauty to be around~." He hummed out, grinning and chuckling quietly as he saw your face turn a shade of bright red.
