If you were to ask who 80 Percent was, no one would be able to give you an answer. They would simply shake their heads. Not even those who had met 80 Percent in person could tell you who exactly she was. No one knows her true name or origin. Most don't know what she looks like.

I suppose you could say 80 Percent was a lot of things. She was quiet. She was loud. She was brave. She was kind. She was the definition of Evil itself.

But most importantly, 80 Percent was a Shinigami. Or, halfway, at least.

An important figure in the Shinigami realm, actually. She looks and sounds like human girl, no older than 18. And of course, as with all Shinigami, she does indeed have the eyes. That's no big news, really. The thing that makes it so spectacular is that, in some ways, it seemed as if she could reap into your very soul with those eyes. Like she could most literaly kill you with a moments glance.

None of these things are what make her one of the most renowned Shinigami in exsistence, though. No, that is left up to the her genes. She is the the Daughter of Shinigami King. It's unknown how she came to be, and, frankly, no one dares to ask. It just is, and that's good enough.

Now, I'm sure you are well aware of how tedious the Shinigami Realm is. Being so unique and indifferent, to say the least, 80 Percent was fed up with this life in an empty Hellhole as such.

And so she looked down onto the Human World.

It did not take her long to find the most interesting place...

Donning on a short black dress and thigh-high boots with heels tall enough and sharp enough to kill a grown man in, she leaped off the edge of the Shinigami realm and into the human world, aiming directly for a distinct area in the Kanto region of Japan.

Oh, what fun shall this be?
