For the past few days the Fairytail guild hall was unusually quiet which was extremely rare. This was all because Natsu and Gray suddenly stopped talking to each other one day. No one knew why they suddenly stopped talking to each other not even Makarov or Happy knew. Gray and Natsu were currently sitting on opposite sides of the guild hall by themselves, and this didn't go unnoticed by Erza or Mira.

Natsu and Gray have been acting really weird for the past few days. Why? I decided that I'd ask Mira if she knew something about their strange behavior. When I got to the bar Mira asked if i wanted anything. "Do you want anything Erza?" Mira asked. Yes, strawberry cake please." I answered. "Mira do you know why Natsu and Gray are acting like this?" I asked as I started eating my cake. "No, i don't but i wish i did." Mira answered sneaking her head in the process. "Maybe you should go ask one of them?" Mira continued.
"That's a good idea. I'll go talk to Gray after I finish my cake." I answered with stars in my eyes and a smile on my face. Mira just giggled at my behavior.
°Time skip to after Erza eats her cake°
As i finished my cake i stood up handing my plate to Mira as well as a thank you. I walked over to Gray and sat down beside him. "Gray." I said in a firm voice. He flinched as if he just noticed i was there.

I was sitting at a table by myself thinking about what happened between me and Natsu a few days ago when we were on a mission
•Flashback•
Natsu and i had gotten split up from Erza, Lucy, Wendy and Happy by wizards from the dark guild were supposed to take down. Natsu had already taken down his half with his fire dragon roar, he was about come help me. Before he could i took the rest out with my ice make lance. "Nice job, ice princess." Natsu exclaimed as we fist bumped. "You too, Pyro" I replied as i turned away from to go find everyone else. Catching up with me Natsu started speaking "um... Gray?". "Yeah?" I a replied. " I...uhh...um....i" Natsu stuttered. "You're acting weird, are you okay?" I asked concerned. He stopped walking so i did too then Natsu did something i never expected form him.
He kissed me. My eyes widened in shock, i was about to kiss back then he pulled away with a blush on his. Before I could say anything he ran off leaving me flustered and shocked. After I got over my shock, i continue toward Lucy and the others. When i saw them in the distance Natsu was sitting on the ground with a blank stare on his face. Erza, Lucy, Wendy and Happy with curious and confused looks.
We made small talk for a while but Natsu stayed quiet. About 20 minutes later we packed up and left for the guild hall.
•Flashback End•
Ever since then Natsu and I haven't talked, whenever i try to talk to him. He would make up with some excuse and runs away, or he just sits on the opposite sides of the guilds. While i was sitting there zoned out i didn't know that Erza sat down next to me until she said my name in a firm manor. "Gray". "Y-yeah Erza?" i answer. What's going on with you and Natsu?" Erza asked concerned lacedqq in her voice. "W-well you k-know that mission we went on a w-week ago?" i asked she nodded "And how we got split up?" i continued she nodded again.
"A- after we defeated our h-half of that dark guild Natsu and i started looking for you, Lucy, Wendy and Happy." i began " Then Natsu said he wanted to tell me something so we stopped walking, then he started tripping over his words." i continued. " After he gave up on using his words h-he... " i stopped talking with a flushed face. "He what, Gray? " she said curiously "H-he kissed m-me? " i whispered loud enough for her to hear.
She looked at me with wide eyes " H-he did? " she questioned i just nodded my head 'yes'. "Gray lets go talk to Mira" Erza stated standing up. "W-wah n-no we cant tell h-her! " i said in a panic. "I said lets go Gray. " she said with a dark aura around her "Y-yes m-mam! ".
We got up and walked over to the bar. "Hey Mira we need to talk to you. ". "Sure what is it Erza? " Mira asked curiously. "Its about Natsu and Gray. "Oh hey Gray, anyway tell me what happened.
°Time skip to after Gray re-told the scenario°
"OH MY GOD" Mira squealed then the whole guild stopped to look at us, there was about a minute of silence before everyone returned to what they were doing.
"Ok, so we need a plan so you and Natsu can have a private conversation about your feelings. " Mira stated happily. "But first how do you feel about him? ". "Um... well... i l-love him" i answered looking away with a blush on my face. That answer made them even happier than before.
"So we'll have Erza trick Natsu into meeting up for a 'mission', okay guys? "
"Y-yeah"
"Yes we'll do it "
"Okay lets go guys" Mira added
| Natsu's POV |
Im currently sitting by myself thinking about what i had done when we were on that mission a week ago. I don't regret kissing Gray i do regret running away from him. Since then whenever he tries to talk to me i'd always makeup an excuse and run away. I regret it everytime, im just scared of what he'll say.
I then saw Erza walking in my direction and i started to panic because i haven't done anything to get on her bad side. There was no use in hiding she'd catch me anyway so i just sat there.
"Natsu"
"Y-yes? " I stuttered
"Meet me at the big tree at 6pm were going on a mission"
"Yes m-mam"
After she walked away i let out a sigh of relief. I got up and left to go get ready, i decided to leave Happy there cause he was having fun.
°Time skip°
When i got to the big tree no one was there so i just sat under the tree. About 5-10 minutes later i heard footsteps, when i looked up i was met with familiar dark blue eyes. They were Grays, i started panicking as i got up and turned away. He then grabbed my wrist preventing me from going any further.
"Gray let go" i asked
"Sorry, but no i want to talk to you"
I shook my head no "Please Natsu" he pleaded " F-fine" i gave in. We sat under the tree in silence until i spoke "Gray im s-sorry for k-kissing you that day. "
"Don't apologize i actually enjoyed it" he said looking away.
What he said next surprised me " I l-love you! " Gray half yelled. "W-what?! "
"I love you" he repeated in a calmer manor. "I-i love y-you too " i replied. Gray grabbed my face and kissed me, my eyes widened in shock from surprise. A few seconds later i closed my eyes and kissed back. When he pulled away he asked me a question i never thought he'd ask "Will you be my b-boyfriend? "Gray asked me. "Y-yes! " i answered quickly.

After that Natsu and Gray went to Gray's house and cuddled till sleep hit them. The next day they went to the guild holding hands. Their guild mates looked at them like they had two heads. Then they started demanding and explanation, they had a 'fun' time explaining themselves. The only people that didn't like this were Lucy and Juvia.
