Backstory- Cameron has a normal life. He was raised by both parents who treated him well, maybe even spoiled him a bit. There's nothing wrong with him, he just likes teasing people, not to the point where it's bullying though, he knows when to stop, and it's usually just friendly teasing. His parents, tired of him messing with people told him he needed to be more responsible, so now he has a dog. (No, that isn't what they meant for him to do.)
