Chapter 3

*Tiana P.O.V.*

I woke up to find that I was in Carter's room then I remembered last night. Look over and see Carter had already gotten up. Then I hear a bunch of laughing coming from the vent in his room that connect to the basement. I guess he didn't want to wake me so he went into the basement even though he has a game room. The basements just like a second game room/ screen room. I get out of the bed then I go to my room walk over to my closet and grabs some clothes. I hop into the shower after I shower I get dressed and finish getting ready. I walk down to the kitchen grab a water and granola bar. I'm sitting on the counter eat the granola bar and play GTA Vice City on my phone. That was until someone scared the crap out of me. It was Nash.

"Hey"

"Hey Nash" I say with a small wave

"Sorry did is scare you"

"Yeah a little"

"Oh sorry"

"It fine I'm still living"

"Ha yeah so you look nice today"

"Thanks"

"So what are you doing"

"Nothing just eating and playing a game"

"What game"

"Grand Theft Auto"

"Oh I love GTA"

"Yeah"

"Why don't you just come down and hangout with the guys"

"Oh no I don't want to intrude"

"You wouldn't be besides Carter has been waiting for you to wake up anyway"

"I don't know Nash"

"Come on please Tiana"

"Ok fine" I reply in defeat

So as I get down from the counter Nash puts his arm around me and we walk down to the basement. When I get downstairs I see Taylor Cameron and Jack Gilinsky with Matt Hayes and Carter. I totally forgot they said they were coming to visit for a while. Good thing Carter has a big house with lots of rooms. They all look up when they hear us coming down the stairs. Carter gives Nash a weird look and Nash takes his arm from around my shoulder. Then Carter looks at me and smile and says

"Hey sleeping beauty"

"Hey"

I reply kind of awkwardly because I'm in a basement with guys and I'm the only girl. Then Carter taps on the couch cushion next to him. I sit next to Carter and he put his arm around me. They were playing video games all except Carter who was just watching. I guess Carter could tell I felt uncomfortable so he texted me.

'Why are you so tense'

'I'm kinda like the only girl down here'

'Hey relax you safe and even if I wasn't here you'd still be they would protect you'

After I read that I relaxed because I felt a lot more comfortable. I was watching videos on my phone with my headphones in I didn't realize that Carter was watching too. He took the other headphone so he could have sound. Then Hayes said "aye Nash Will wants to know where we are"

"Why isn't he watching Sky"

"Not anymore moms back home"

"Well tell him we're at Carters then"

"Aright"

I was kind of confused who was Will then i remember they had an older brother who's name was Will. Then I kind of just shrugged it off. A minute or so later the doorbell rang Matt went upstairs to get the door.
