I woke in Sammy's arms and this ache

in my crotch that needs to be put to

ease. My harmones pick

the worst moments to do this shit to

me. I turn over in Sammy's arms to see

he is still sleep. So I

decide to check my phone to see if

there is any news from Carter.

The doctors said he came out of

surgery well he is in stable condition

they will be running several test on

him for a while. all of us decided to

stay in a hotel closer to the hospital to

make it easy I will continue to

keep you updated so you dont have to

drive back up here get some rest hope

they release him very

soon. Sammy told me you finally were

able to enter you room by yourself im

I smiled know that Carter is just such a

cuddle bear when it comes to me but

honestly. I can't really

think of much other than how this

need for Sammy can't be ignored. Gosh

if he wasn't sleeping. I

slowly slip out of his grip and head

down to the basement to work out that

should take my mind off of

it.  I've been working out in the

basement to workout music for what

feels like two hours, the song

just changed when I heard footsteps

coming down the stairs leading into the

basement. I look over my

shoulder as I'm doing squats to see a

shirtless Sammy standing at the

bottom of the stairs biting his

lip.

"damn baby you look sexy in that

position." Sammy says still biting his

lip.

"it was just to keep my mind off things"

shaking my head I go back to doing my

squats.

"well can I at least join you with your

work out"

looking over my shoulder at him

nodding and then I added

" if you think you can keep up"

He chuckles and starts doing squats

with me so I picked up the pace by

picking up weights and

started doing lundges and lifting the

weights at the same time. Sammy had a

hard time at first but

soon caught up with my pace.

"damn babe is this how you get such a

juicy ass"

"Sammy shut up and just exercise"

asking what are you trying to keep your

mind off of"

I smirked knowing I made my beautiful

girlfriend horny by just being shirtless

in my sleep. Tiana

continues to work out and give up

trying to keep up with her and finally

sat down on the couch. I

watched her for a while and then I turn

on the Xbox and went to YouTube

when an idea popped into

my head. I smirked and looked up my

song hey ma and push play. Tiana

paused what she was doing

and looked back at me with the you are

such a idiot look. She went back to

working out I honestly

don't see how she's not tired yet. As

soon as I thought that she flopped

down next to me on the

couch. Out of instinct I wrap my arm

around her shoulder she instinctively

snuggles closer to me

making me smile. She took the Xbox

controller from my lap and turned to

Netflix and start play good

burger.
