Derek has been in LA for a week. He is currently living in an airstream, while he looks for an apartment even though Addison has told him that he can live with her and the twins. Derek doesn't feel like it's the right time for that. He doesn't want to overwhelm the twins. He wants to give them time to adjust.
Author's note: This has been a fun story to write. I just don't think I can finish it. I haven't been able to write it for months. I'm young. I'm growing and learning every day. As a writer and as a person.
