I left Washington and went to California. When I reached Meriline's house she hurriedly gave me some clothes.
"What is this for?" I asked,
"You should go get dressed up before mom and dad sees you full of blood" she said,
"Aldrene told you" I said,
"Yeah, don't worry I won't judge you" she told me,
"Okay, thank you" I replied.
I took the clothes and went inside of the house. I went upstairs and changed my clothes. Meriline suddenly messaged me, "Hey hurry up, they're already here you can't be seen upstairs". I hurried down and perfect timing I'm already sitting on the couch when her parents entered the house.
"Oh Drick" Meriline's mom called me, "Wait dear isn't this your dad's clothes?",
"Uhm yeah well, Rederick is wet earlier that's why I let him borrow dad's clothes first" Meriline replied,
"Okay" her mom said, "By the way why did you suddenly decided to comeback? If I'm not wrong just earlier you left",
"Mom's dead and so Jane too" I answered them,
"Oh my god" Meriline's mom said, "I'm so sorry dear",
"No it's okay" I said in reply, "Uncle Aldrene told me to stay here for a while",
"Why where's your dad?" Meriline's dad asked,
"He doesn't care about me since I'm a kid" I replied, "He doesn't even know that mom is dead",
"Okay let's just forget about your mom so you won't be sad" Meriline's mom said, "Let's just say prayers for her and Jane before we sleep",
"Okay" I said,
"Now let's eat you must be very hungry now" Meriline's mom said, "Oh perfect it's exactly 6:40, let's prepare the dinner don't lose the seven o'clock".
They started to prepare dinner. Me and Meriline prepared the plates on the table. After cooking (6:59) we all started to eat. Of course, I don't forget to say my prayers. While they are eating I'm just staring at the food on my plate, then Meriline's mom noticed me.
"Rederick are you okay?" she asked, "Don't you like the food?",
"No it's not that I just, I don't think I'm hungry" I answered,
"Great I bought something" she said.
Meriline's mom left us then went and took something from the refrigerator, and then went back.
"Bon Apetite" she said,
"Thank you but I think I'll just the eat dinner" I replied,
"Okay" she said then put the plate somewhere on the table,
"Is there something bothering you?" Mereline's dad asked me,
"It's just, I'm worried for Aldrene" I answered,
"Oh okay" he said, "I'm sure by tomorrow he'll be here",
"I wish he could be" I said.
After we ate dinner they all went up to rest. I stayed down stairs. I'm already laying down on hte couch but can't sleep. All of a sudden the lights turned on. I got shock and immediately sat down on the couch.
"I'm sorry did I scared you?" Meriline asked me,
"No, uhm yeah" I replied, "I just, can't sleep",
