And you stood there looking at me in a way nobody ever did before. It was the first time I found out standing there that eyes could speak a different language too.

Your chocolaty brown eyes - a perfect mix of abyss and heaven held stories which could never be spoken, we stood there, looking, while everything seemed to disappear in an infinite void & people, once so lively, turned to motes of dust. It was you then it was me and everyone was blur. I wanted to scream on top of my lungs but somehow that look tamed the beast inside me which wanted to be set free, the beast which wanted to tear you apart for breaking my fragile heart but it was different. I stood there not demanding an explanation to your actions...

"I'M SORRY." You whispered, your voice slightly breaking. I nodded and smiled as if I knew that you did not intend to hurt me. I saw the relief in your eyes but at the same time, I saw the nonchalance too. I felt empty and whole as if you took away everything from me with that single look. And, also gave me everything I ever wished for in the exact same moment. I don't know how far we'll drift apart in this life. I just know one thing - that look you gave me, that look will always drag me out of my labyrinth to face this world again.
