Ok so I have my very own opinion about Third Reich.

Some of the fandom sees it in a way that if the actual Third Reich had to see it, it would straight up murder it. No cap

So here's my opinion about it (remembering all the tragic events of the war)

Also tried to do it genderless

The golden plate with the name craved on it shimmered on the desk of the secretary.

The soft scribbling of the pen on the rough texture of the paper and the quiet breathing made the atmosphere calm and relaxing.

Particles of dust danced in the sun light that filtered from the windows.

The little office held full shelves of  documents and important files that rested undisturbed, lulled in the silence.

Then, boots.

They echoed outside the doors, in the hallway.

The chair got pushed back as the secretary stood up, the doors opening, a figure entering, and the doors closing right after.

It was Third Reich, the boss.

Silently he reached the armchair and sat down, taking the book from under his arm, opening it to the page where the bookmark .

They didn't share a word. Not even the basic 'Good morning, how are you?'

It was an unspoken rule between the two that the secretary picked up immediately.

As the worker behind the desk sat down, he inhaled deeply.

The cheap delicate parfume spread faintly in the room, giving it a nice fragrance to breath in.

He liked this moments. The short amount of time spent in that office to read his books and escape his problems and war tactics for a few hours.

The oval lenses of the glasses were gently laid in front of his eyes, easing his reading.

Not a word escaped neither of the two.

Since the first day, when he simply barged in during work, making the poor secretary wonder if something was done wrong.

But he simply sat there, on the same chair as before. It was never moved, and God help who dared to move it.

He likes when things are predictable and under his control. Things better be done his way, or he will make it that way.

Hours passed, by now it was dark outside, the streets of Berlin illuminated by the street lights, the few people still outside hurrying to their homes before the curfew.

He got up, leaving her to pack her things and leave, hurrying to get home like the other Berliners.

And the secretary left, coat swaying behind as the familiar feeling of home was waiting a few blocks away.
