Ice Cold Abyss •[Todoroki Shoto x reader]•

Chapter 2

The flight was pretty boring and super long so I slept most of the time. Once I got off the plane I had to find my luggage. That took a while and finally I left the airport and stepped into Japan. My father flew to Japan with my brother a week earlier than I did so that I could finish school, not that he really cared. He most likely did it to stock up the apartment with alcohol while I wasn't around. He probably got drunk a few times from all the foreign booze, maybe it was good I wasn't around. I caught a cab to the city of Mufutasu. My father may be rich and powerful but he couldn't care less about me only that I boost his reputation, become stronger and make him powerful.
               After hours in a cab I finally was at the apartment. We have a fairly large traditionally Japanese style apartment. It is too big for two people in my opinion. I grabbed my luggage and walked into my new home or as I like to call it Hell.
               I wasn't surprised to smell a strong scent of alcohol. I saw multiple bottles on the counter and scattered on the floor. The apartment was nice and modern but had a mess in the kitchen and living room. I'll have to clean that up later.
"Father, I'm here!" No response. Probably passed out with a hangover.
              I walked upstairs and picked out a decent sized room and set my stuff down. I spent the next few hours unpacking. It was now around 3:00pm and decided to walk around outside for a while and possibly go on a run. I changed into some athletic clothes and walked down stairs.
"Where have you been! You little Shit!" He was poring what looked to be vodka in a glass.
"Nice to see you too... I have been unpacking. I'm going for a run."
"Be back in time to make dinner or there will be consequences! Also you have to clean up this crap!" I sighed and looked at his appearance. He was obviously drunk and a complete mess. How could someone like him be so 'successful'.
"I understand Father. I will do as you wish." I said as I walked out the door. I decided to wonder around some.
           You may be wondering why I put up with him. Well, he is the one who trains me and I do wish to become a hero. He is abusive so he scares me a little when he has one of his episodes. And finally he wasn't always like this and use to be caring and kind, so I still somehow love him. He is my father and I still have a bunch of great memories. 
               I was snapped out of my thoughts when I heard shouting from and alley way. I quickly ran over and saw a huge sludge villain and two teenage boys. There was an Ash blonde that was being attacked by the villain and a green haired boy trying and failing to fight the villain off. There were no heroes around,so I decided to step in. I found a container to put the sludge villain in. I used my quirk to quickly relocate both the ash blonde and broccoli boy to a safe area. I then used my portals to swallow up the villain and transfer him into the container, trapping him. I then saw a large looking man walk up to me. I recognized him from TV as All might the top hero in this area.
"Well done! But you should have waited for the Pros. That was very risky and reckless to do."
His voice was very stereotypical for a hero.
" I apologize for my actions and with all due respect heroes were nowhere to be seen while a life was in danger. You need to take your job a little more seriously and be more efficient." He stood there staring at me while I walked over to the two boys.
"Are you guys alright?" The Ash blonde looked very pissed off while the green haired boy looked nervous.
" Y-yes! We're f-fine" replies the broccoli boy.
"I didn't need your Fucking help! So you didn't Fucking save me! Got it!" The Ash blonde yelled and walked away, the broccoli boy looked at me nervously.
"I apologize for Kacchan! T-that is kind of his personality. Anyw-way thank you for saving us!"
"No problem, glad you're safe." I kept a neutral face.
"M-my name is Midoriya, Izuku Midoriya."
"Nice to meet you. I'm L/N, Y/N L/N, any way I have to go. See you around." With that I started to walk away. I suddenly got surrounded by reporters. They were all asking me questions about the villain. I just teleported in front of the house. I checked the time and it was 5:30pm. 'Crap! That took longer than expected, he's going to be pissed!'
As soon as I opened the door I was dragged and thrown against a wall.
"You're FUCKING LATE!" He yelled as he kick at my figure that laid helpless on the ground. After he was finished he pulled me up and slapped me hard across the face.
"MAKE DINNER AND CLEAN THIS CRAP UP! You have training in 2 hours! And your gonna train until you pass out!" He walked upstairs probably to his room as I started to get off the floor.

Quick explanation: Y/N's Portals are pretty straightforward. She's like kurogiri except her portals can move and bend like a dome. Her relocation is very much like teleportation except she can teleport moving objects and people and she doesn't have to be touching them. All of this still includes the Abyss.
