I hold my passport tight in my hands. I only got my passport this morning in to the mail. I know that I run like crazy down the stairs to get it from lisa her hands. Lisa is our maid, I know it sounds fancy.. Not for me.  Lisa is like a mother to me. My birth mom is somewhere in this house but she is not there for me. Owh and my dad yep he is the same as my mom. They have there one company and so they are always working. No time for me. That's why Lisa is my mom. She does do everything for me. When I'm sick she is there for me. When I need someone to help me with my homework. But not this summer. I'm going to see the world by myself. I know I'm 18 years old and bla, bla, bla. Maybe I should introduce myself: my name is Saffron Gomes, 18 years old and still living by my parents. Living currently in Los Angels.
So now you know me. Should we begin my adventure?

"Lisa, I'm going. I'll text you when I'm at the airport. And please don't tell mom or dad. I'll text them in the taxi." Looking at Lisa. "Yes, Saffron I'll not tell your parents. They will have to see." I give Lisa hug. Then I turn around and walk to the end of the street and see my taxi standing. I say hi to the taxi driver and take my seat in the back. "Miss, airport LAX right?" I nod and take my phone. 'Mom and Dad, When your home I will be not home. I'm going to see the world. Love u lots and be nice to Lisa.' Sending the text.

"Thank you so much." Saying goodbye to the taxi and walking straight to my first destination. Paris here I come.
