COLD HEARTS

CHAP 9

Shen Wei just arrived at Yunlan's sumptuous neighborhood. He took the lift upstairs as he was escorted by Yunlan's driver. The doors of the elevator closed and Shen Wei was totally concerned about how he looked.

It made his doubts obvious. Taking a deep breath, he slowly walked out of the elevator having his way to Yunlan's house while trying to boost hid confidence.They were just standing at the door entrance when Shen Wei's heart started beating robustly.

He was sadly left alone before he rung the bell. He was waiting to see Yunlan so bad but he was frightened at the same time for spending the night at his place while working together on his new sale project.

"Yeah, coming" Yunlan just opened the door and Shen Wei wished he never did. The man was wearing his black bathrob and the droplets of water were running down his bare chest. Yunlan just flipped his wet hair and smiled as he unintentionally splashed Wei's face.

Shen Wei clenched his eyes shut and pretended to be okay, but hearing Yunlan's sensuous and slightly voice while calling him to get inside, he opened his soft eyes as if they operate solely on his commands.

Shen Wei's eyes met Yunlan's foxy  ones and for a moment Shen Wei felt himself floating away in their depths, but then Yunlan's voice travelled in his ears and brought him back to face the gorgeous and naked man standing next to him.

Yunlan smiled, showing his pearly whites as he brushed his wet hair back, escorting Wei inside his apartment. His devastatingly beautiful half naked profile walked ahead of Wei to the living room.

"Babe, can't you be less lazy? You left your condom on the bedside table. I hate cleaning after you every time" Zhu Hong's voice came like an arrow to break Shen Wei's heart. She didn't see Shen Wei sitting on the couch when she came nagging at her fiance laziness.

"Maybe I have come at the wrong time!" Shen Wei said as he droped his gaze down. He beautifully blushed when he saw Zhu Hong wearing Yunlan's big shirt and her hair was also wet. They sure had just done it and took a bath together.

"So sorry, I didn't know your colleague was here" she glanced at the beautiful man and rushed to change her clothes. Yunlan diverted his gaze towards the blushing beauty that was sitting obediently like a well mannered kid.

Zhao Yunlan didn’t say anything for awhile he enjoyed the lovely painting in front of him, and he took a deep breath then declared, in a confident and pleasant voice.

"My apologies, I thought we will finish early. Just give me a second" He walked to his room and changed his clothes quickly. He came back to see a depressed pale face of Shen Wei who was barely able to sit steadily.

"You look pale, are you okay?" Yunlan rested his cold hand on Shen Wei's cold forehead. His cheeks were beautifully colored in red, he was shy and embarrassed at the whole situation. He was tired, stressed and hungry.

"I am fine" Shen Wei just pulled his head away avoiding Yunlan's touch because he could just burst his feelings out at any moment if he doesn't restrain his overflowing emotions and jealousy right now.

Yunlan curved his hand into a fist, anger just started to run through his veins. He wanted to check on him but every time Shen Wei acts rude and ignores his interest towards him.

"Hello! We meet again Mr. Shen Wei" Zhu Hong came to join them and sat just next to the shy man. He was just wishing the ground opens and swallow him whole. He refused to be close to this woman whom he considered his luckiest enemy.

The beautiful sight next to her made her heart flattered, Shen Wei's breaths were quite distracting to her steady heart beats. She loved the sweet fragrance coming out of him, the simplest gentle features embellishing his face making it look like a piece of art.
