My World of You

The sun has scorched my heart to ashes,
The dark side of the moon took my mind.
The ground where I stand seems like a trap.
But you are my world, I can't just leave.

You are beautiful. You gave me
Butterflies to play with and apples,
Delicious taste and kiss to die for.
I couldn't live without you, my world.

But you quaked my heart, and it shattered.
A huge wave of cold treatments and lies.
You winded out my heart, and flooded tears.
My world, this is it.
Goodbye.
