Biography:
Koto was the capital of the Dawn Empire. It sits on top a mountain which gave it a natural defense, with only one bridge leading towards the city itself. Before the Great Raid, at the time, Koto was undermanned and there were too little a force to defend a vast array of fortifications, which led to it's fall against the Viking's.
