Trey Taylor, Shanice's husband of five years was killed overseas two years ago after a attack. He was in the Army and it was his last deployment before he passed.
They met at an art gallery seven years go and they were married the next year.
The army contacted Shanice that he was killed in battle..her body went numb and all she could do is cry for months on out mourning over her husbands unexpected death.
After his funeral, she moved out of their three bedroom home they used to share and moved into a two bedroom apartment by herself since it was just herself.
After that Stacy encouraged her to date again and ended up with men who were nothing like Trey.. he was a gentleman.. sex was on their mind even on the first date.
Shanice was not that desperate to be with a man, but she did get caught up with one man last year that begun an almost serious relationship.
They dated for about six months and come to find out he was married and had two children together with his wife.
After that, Shanice just gave up on being with someone and focused on herself as a single woman.
Shanice laid back on her bed turning on jazz music to get her self ready for the day for work. She gets up finding something to wear and she finds her outfit she wanted to wear.
