What if I told you that stories are born because people need to believe in something greater? The prince who slays the dragon kills the witch and saves the damsel. Or the brave girl who heads into the monster's lair and makes a deal in order to save her father?
People need to believe in something greater, something that helps them sleep at night. It's a rooted instinct to believe that goodness will prevail and evil will be punished. But what happens when the damsel has already saved herself and falls in love with the dragon instead? Or the brave girl was actually too brave and killed the monster herself?
When can we draw the line between good and evil and how far can we go for the ones we love?
This is where my story begins.
Somewhere between the rose, the crumbling labyrinth, the unwanted suitor and a phantom made of music and despair.
