Mahir's pov:
I was in my gym doing my workouts as usual, dad entered the gym..
"Good Morning Mahir". He greeted me but something was wrong.
"Good Morning dad". I greeted him with a smile.
"Good Morning son, I need to tell you something".
He said a little bit nervously I knew something was wrong.
"Is everything ok dad?".
"Yes yes Mahir everything is fine, it's just about the company and your life".
"About my life?". I asked completely confused.
"Yeah You know The Sharma group of Industries right?".
Ok! I think I know them, he continued when I stayed silent.
"I and Rajesh Sharma has decided to combine the companies to avoid some rival situations so we decided that you and Bela aka Rajesh Sharma's daughter should get married".
I have no words after he said that, like seriously? I don't even know her.
"Dad are you serious? I don't even know her dad you can't do this to me, tell me this is a joke please dad". I begged him.
"I'm not joking regarding your marriage son". He said in a serious tone, I looked at him in disbelief.
"It's ok Mahir ...Take your time and get to know each other well and then we will fix the date and more over she is very disciplined and well mannered girl. Mahir, she is perfect for you". I sighed
"Fine I will contact her. Give me the details" I said.
He had a victory smile on his face. Shit! What am I getting myself into?
"But dad, did mom agree with the arrange marriage thing?"
"Yes son she did and she is very excited about it. She loves Bela from the beginning" Yeah why wouldn't she, as my mom loves Bela from the starting. I wonder how she looks like.
"Bye dad I'm getting late".
"Will meet you at meeting son" with that he left.
Bela pov:
I was reading my novel, well let me tell you guys one thing, I love reading books.
"Bela we need to talk" Dad said as he entered my study room, something was wrong, I can sense it through his voice.
"Yes dad" I answered.
"Mahir , he is CEO of Sehgal group of industries and I think he is perfec match for you to get married" I looked at my father completely shocked, I opened my mouth but nothing came out.
"Dad...you know you I don't know him at all right?"
"Yes I do" he replied and shrugged I looked at him completely lost by his behaviour
"But dad-"
"No buts Bela Just meet him once. We are in danger Bela, our both companies are in danger and the only solution is your marriage and I thought about a lot and Mahir is also a nice guy your mom also agreed. I know that you both are strangers but he is such a gentleman Bela. So listen to me once and meet him, also we are having a business meeting now and you are also coming with me"
I sighed. I can't argue with my father no matter what, so I just nodded my head in yes.
And I don't know what will happen in the meeting but I hope meeting goes well.
