Martha will always be on the right side.
-Hello?
-Hello, This is Panda Express you're speaking wit—
-Wait this isn't Alyx . . . ?
-Yeah, this is Martha. Alyx isn—
-I want Alyx!
-But, She's not here. Can I take your order ma'am?
-Nah, I'm good. Hook me up with Alyx and I'll consider spending money on you bastards.
-Hello?
-Hi, this is Panda Express you're speaking with Alyx—
-Alyx my man! Where you been? You left me hanging yesterday. I had to speak with wack-ass Martha.
-I didn't have work yesterday.
-Coulda told me! I need to know what happens with Matthew and Rufus! Why's Rufus running from the cops???
-First off his name is Mateo, second I need you to place an order for me to continue this conversation.
-Large orange chicken, fried rice and a medium lemonade. Story on the side, preferably. . . .
-So you want that on the bag?
-. . .
-Okay, I guess you don't have a sense of humor today. Right, so before Rufus got the call he completely beat the shi—er—crap outta his ex's boyfriend, Peck. When Rufus got the call, Peck went to Amliee, who is Rufus's ex girlfriend. She brought him to the funeral being the stupid bitch she is. Well she not actually a bitch I'm just not a fan because of something I can't tell you right now.
-Who names their kid Peck? Why'd they destroy his funeral? Like where's the respect for my man Rufus, dawg?
-Wait how are you even calling? Like, don't you have school?
-I'm homeschooled . . . I think . . . ?
-Okay then . . . I'm just gonna continue now. So anyway they meet at Mateo's house since he locked himself in. They decide they're plan for the day and see Mateo's father first and they have to cross a park. At this park the guys spot a bird that was ran over, Mateo being the nice guy he is make Rufus help bury it.
-Wait, what do these people look like? I need a visual to help me picture Rufus beating the dog crap out of someone.
-Mateo's your average Hispanic, he looks a bit like my brother in a non-gross way. He's 18; really awkward and shy and scared of everything. Wears glasses. I think he's pretty short and his face is round-ish. Mateo's mother died giving birth to him but he was told she was so beautiful. Rufus is the tall one. He's Puerto Rican. He's 17. He's lived in a group home for like 4 months because his parents and sister died. Rufus is actually really artistic like his Instagram is said to be fricking amazing.
-Aweeee, so they both die young? That's hella wack, man.
-Yeah, I know. Total tear-jerker. It messed me up bad, like total notebook tears, bro.
-Must've. Why'd you pick such a sad story?
- I want someone else to feel my pain. I know you're over there thinking it won't affect you because you know they die but this is some messed up shi—er—crap.
- Why do you keep censoring yourself, dawg? I'm probably younger than you and swear more than you do.
- Um, maybe because I'm at work you know and my boss is watching so I gotta hurry up.
- Isn't your boss gonna be mad that you're not working and telling a sick kid a story?
- Wait, so you're actually sick or what? Is it really the big C, Lukie? Or are you just joshing me?
- Just assuming, actually. Maybe I'm dying. Pretty sure I've been puking my organs out for the past few days but I wouldn't know. I've been really hazy lately.
- Maybe you should go get checked, That sounds bad.
- Nah. I don't know if I'll be able to handle the fact that I'm actually sick and dying if I am. I'm only 16 and that'd be a mad bummer. Maybe it's God's way to get me for being gay.
- Okay, if you say so, then. Just don't die on me yet.
- Aww, is that you caring? Do you finally like me? Don't mess with my feelings, Panda Express lady.
- No, again I want you to feel my pain for this love story. I gotta go. . . . You did actually get your order today, right?
- Think so. For all I know I could be eating dog treats. If that's the case then dog food isn't as bad as I remember it to be.
