When Sibil returned home he was immediately dragged inside by his mother. He didn't even have enough time to open the door before she dragged him in. "Go and get cleaned up! Your not going to be gettin' my house wet!...And is that a Sapient?" Said Sibils' mother all at once not giving him a change to answer them.

Sibil just looked at his mother for a few seconds confused before he realized that his mother was talking about the creature- Sapient around his neck. "Umm...yeah? I just found it in the woods." Said Sibil confused as his mom was pacing the floor with an intense look on her face. "You know what it is?" Asked Sibil now wondering how his mother knew what the thing around his neck was. The creature wasn't anything he has seen before. He was even sure it wasn't in any of his books of animals. His mother looked at him as if she was contemplating something before she went deadly still. Her head suddenly snapped to the door before returning to face him.

"Sibil...I'm going to tell you something...Your going to need to sit down for this...Follow me..." Said Sibils' mother as she lead him towards the basement. As a child Sibil was never allowed to go the the basement. As a child him and his 'friends' made a game on who could go down in the basement. Unsurprisingly no one ever won. Sibil followed his mother in apprehension as she started unlocking the basement door. She moved to let Sibil in and shit the door behind them. Sibil followed his mother down the stairs which revealed a cleanly furnished living space with tables couches and chairs. His mother sat down on a chair next to the couch. Sibil just looked around dumbfounded. This room looked like a fancy condo that right people get. He couldn't believe that something like this was in the basement. His mother just smiled at him until he just sat down.

"Listen, I know this in goin' to be hard to digest but bear with me...Within this world are dimensions." Said Sibils' mother looking at him. Sibil started to laugh very loud only to be stopped by a harsh bite to his ear. "Ow!" Jumped Sibil as he rubbed his ear. He looked over to see his mother looking at him in dead seriousness. Sibil felt his face pale.

"Y-your joking right?" Said Sibil hoping that it's a joke. His face dramatically paled as he saw his mother change in front of him. Her features softened and her ears started to sharpen to a point. Her purple eyes seemed to glow in the low light. Sibil felt something settle into the pit of his stomach as he started to lean back on the couch.

"Now listen Sibil, you are by no means a normal child. And you- subconsciously as least have realized this." Said Sibils' mom looking at him. Sibil could only swallow heavily as he listened.

"There are many dimensions connected to this world. I come from the dimension of the Fairies, or the dimension of the Fae." Said Sibils' mom with amusement in her voice at the end. Sibil was too shocked to even smile at the joke as his mother continued. "As I was saying, all of the dimensions exist by feeding off the energy of this world. Others call it the Primordial Plane. This Plane is guarded by all of the dimensions."

"Wait, wouldn't there be like... infighting to rule the 'Primordial Plane'?" Asked Sibil.

"There would be normally infighting if anyone was able to rule the Primordial Plane. But no one has had the power to do so. Those who have tried have died a tragic death." Said Sibils' mother explaining it to him. Sibil nodded lost in thought. "The creature around your neck is a Sapient. A creature that is usually found in the Dimension of the Green. It is one of the oldest known living creatures. It is a creature that is very picky on everything. The creatures also pass down information to their children directly from birth..." Said Sibils' mother trailing off.

"Wait, wouldn't that make them like know the secrets of the world or something like that?...And what am I? Am I a Fairy too?" Asked Sibil confused. His mother just laughed and said "No you are a unique creature. Your father being a werewolf a creature of the Moon and me an elf a creature of nature. You are  what we would call a Valef, a creature that has strong tied to nature and the..." Sibils' mother suddenly trailed off. She looked over to the basement door.
