(I'm gonna start this chapter with a flashback which may be a bit weird but please just bear with me)

Jimin's POV:

I sighed as I walked down the path. All I wanted was a nice and quiet place to write but that was hard when you younger brother is constantly yelling cause of some game or your parents were having a conversation louder than a pack of rabid dogs. Of course I love them but sometimes it gets exhausting.

I walked a bit further until the sight of a gorgeous cherry blossom tree came into view. I immediately felt calm just by seeing it, knowing that no one is ever really there, the reason is there's a small forest of cherry blossom trees that's closer to downtown so people usually go there or just don't look far enough.

I started speed walking towards the tree wanting to sit down as quick as I could when I saw a boy. He wasn't facing me but from where I was I could see he was taking photos of the area. I froze in my spot, notebook in hand.

He suddenly turned around and made eye contact with me. I got flustered and looked away. He was extremely attractive. Like he could be a model.

"Hello." I suddenly heard. I looked up and made eye contact with him again. "H-hi." I said, mentally cursing myself for getting so flustered by the attractive stranger.

He held out his hand to me, "My name's Taehyung. You?" he said. His voice deep yet gentle and smooth, almost like honey. "Oh, I'm Jimin." He tilted his head. "Say Jimin, your hair kind of matches those cherry blossoms, can I take some pictures of you against the tree?" He said. My eyes widened. "Oh um.." I mumbled, thinking about his offer. "You don't have to if you don't want to." He said with a small smile on his face. "No, um.. it's okay, I want to." I said, trying my best to not get flustered again.

"Perfect, stand against the tree" He said with a wide grin on his face. His smile is really pretty. I placed my notebook by the tree and followed his directions. He came up to me and slightly styled my hair before grinning again. "Perfect.." He whispered, his voice raspy.

He moved away from and got his camera out of his bag and got into the position he was in when I first saw him. He clicked a few pictures of me, checking them from time to time making sure they turned out the way he wanted them to.

He walked up to me again and showed me some of the pictures. Not to be narcissistic or anything but I looked really good in them. I looked up at him and saw him smiling at his work. "Those look really good." I finally said. "Yeah.." He whispered before turning to me and smiling widely.

"Well it was nice to meet you Jimin but I gotta go, I hope to see you again, how often do you come here?" He said. I stopped for a bit, thinking, "Fairly often" I said. "Good, I'll bring you a copy of these a few days from now" He said smiling. The ravenette turned around to walk away before turning around for a bit, "By the way, your hair wasn't the only reason I chose you as my model" He said, smirking at how the smaller boy's cheeks flushed a rosy pink. He turned around and walked away.

A FEW MONTHS LATER:

Taehyung's POV:

I'd finally mustered up the courage to ask him to be my boyfriend, him being Jimin, the boy who quickly became the love of my life.

We were back at the cherry blossom tree, Jimin looking up at me with a beautiful smile plastered on his already gorgeous face. I cleared my throat and grabbed his hand. "Park Jimin, it was a few months ago when we met at this very location. It was a few months ago when I fell for you at this very location. It was love at first sight. Your rosy cheeks, your cotton candy hair, your height. The way you were so flustered when I asked you anything or just spoke. So without any regrets, will you be my boyfriend?"

I was shaking and scared for his answer but deep inside I knew he'd say yes. Jimin's eyes got watery which made my eyes water too, watching the love of my life cry made me do the same and eventually we were both crying messes. It was a few minutes before Jimin spoke."..Y-you idiot! How long w-were you gonna make me wait until you asked? Of course I'll go out with you, I love you too dummy."and at that moment I couldn't hold back anymore so I grabbed his face and kissed him, our lips slowly moving against each other. It was slow and passionate but not lustful it was... pure and full of love, everthing I ever wanted.

YEARS LATER:

3rd person POV:

4 years passed and they're still as in love as when they first started dating. Taehyung wanted to be with the love of his life forever. He went shopping on a Wednesday when Jimin was at work. He went to the most expensive jeweller he knew to get a ring for his beloved, he ended up settling on a beautiful diamond encrusted ring for 75,000 dollars, he'd been saving up for a long time, pretty much since the day they started dating. He planned on asking Jimin at the spot where they had their first date, Jimin's house. They had cooked, baked and just watched Netflix all day.

TIME SKIP TO SUNDAY:

It was finally the day when Jimin had a day off. Jimin invited Taehyung over which was absolutely perfect for his plan. As soon as he arrived he felt giddy but also nervous, a very strange feeling overall. Some time passed before they had lunch, soon after they watched some movies and finished the day off with dinner. It was finally time.

Taehyung pulled Jimin to his balcony and held his hand the way he did when he asked him to be his boyfriend and looked into the eyes of his beloved and smiled before getting down on one knee, not letting go of his lover's hand. "Park Jimin, I love you so much. I've been thinking about this for a long time. You're the best thing that has ever happened to me and I want to spend the rest of my life with you. Park Jimin, will you marry me?". Jimin's reaction wasn't quite what Taehyung expected. He was silent after about 3 minutes. Suddenly he opened his mouth "I-I'm sorry Taehyung, I don't think I'm ready.." Those few words crushed Taehyung.

Taehyung's POV:

His words were painful, as if I had been shot with a gun. I didn't know how to feel, I just felt upset and a bit angry. I felt the stinging in my eyes soon before a few teardrops trickled down my face, before a few turned into many.

At this point I don't know what I'm doing, I rushed out of his house and into my car without thinking. I have no clue where I'm going and honestly I don't care. I pressed the gas pedal and drove as fast as I could at that point, I knew I was gonna get hurt. If I could've, I would have left everything at that moment, really I would've.

I drive without a second thought and for some reason, all of my worries seemed to have disappeared. After a few minutes I saw an SUV in front for me, I didn't have enough time to press the brakes so I tried to switch lanes but I went too fast and ended up driving into the wall of a building.

*Jimins POV*

I'm such an idiot. I should've said yes. Of course I'm ready. I loved him with all my heart and I said no. I need to apologize fast, I just prayed that he'd accept it. I called his phone 6 times but he didn't pick up, why would he? I broke his heart. I should've expected as much but it hurt, it hurt so bad. I didn't realize when but I eventually cried myself to sleep.

The next morning I felt numb. I turned on the news only to feel my heart shatter into millions of pieces.

*3rd person*

"25 year old man identified as Kim Taehyung was found in a car that crashed into an apartment building late last night. A witness came out and said that she saw him last night going over the speed limit. He would've crashed into her SUV if he hadn't switched lanes which was when he crashed into an apartment building. The woman called the ambulance and he is now In a coma, and out of danger, we pray for him and his family. Now onto the weather with Jia."
