Dreams and Riddles (Chp 5 Pt 2)

A/N: Honesly, to be 'more in the moment', I fell asleep while writing the dream part 😪😅. I was also gripping onto my pillow like how they were holding their plushies. Anyways, enjoy!

(FTO Mario's POV)

I woke up with a jolt and sat up quickly. I looked around and realised I was in a cabin.

'Huh, I must be in Demigod Mario's cabin. Not bad I must say.' I noticed that it wasn't a bad size for a cabin.

Once I finished looking around, I looked down and saw that I wasn't holding the squid anymore. Instead, I was holding my multi-coloured dragon, Mioleeyan. I hugged it, remembering my dragon brothers and Daveed.

'Wonder where it came from- oh wait! The dream! And that riddle... I wonder if one of the other campers can help me solve it.' I hoped off of the bed I was previously laying on and walked out the cabin, towards the cafeteria.

Without any surprise, everyone was in there eating Breakfast. I saw Kaykrae talking with Xylo so I walked over to say hi.

"Hey guys," I waved to them and scared Kaykrae. She held a hand on her heart as she glared at me.

"Jeez... Don't sneak up on people like that! It's scary!"

Xylo was laughing and I chuckled. "It wasn't that bad. All he said was 'hi guys' and that's it."

"But still!" She huffed and faced away from us while we're still laughing.

"Anyways, whatcha need, Mario?"  Xylo asks once his laughing died down.

"Oh, I just came to say morning and talk to you guys about something," I took a seat next to Xylo as Kay finally looked at us.

"Oh? And what's this 'something' you speak of?" Kay leans her elbows on the table and looks at me, curious.

"Well, I had a dream last night where I met my counterpart, a.k.a your boyfriend." I explained and Kay's eyes widened a little.

"Really?! Is he alright?! How's he doin?!" She asked very quickly.

"He's fine. He says my home is very 'interesting'. He also told me to tell you that he misses you and he loves you." I smiled when her face lit up in joy and relief.

"I'm glad he's alright! I'm surprised he managed to sleep without Jeffery or me."

"Well he had a little help with that." I pulled out Mioleeyan from my inventory pocket. "He grabbed this and he said it helped him."

"What's that?" Xylo poked my multi-coloured dragon in the stomach and I just chuckled.

"It's a dragon plush my brothers and boyfriend made me when they found out I can't sleep without Daveed or any of them." I pulled it tightly to my chest as I smiled and blushed a little.

"Wait, you have brothers?!" Kay says excitingly.

"Well, I did say when I explained your counterparts that I consider Colin, Mitch and Bryan as brothers. We are all dragon slayers and we grew a strong bond to each other called a dragon pact. None of us are biological siblings but we see each other as such." They made an 'oh' face.

"So, what does each colour mean?" They were both looking at the dragon, curious.

"The red is Bryan because he's a fire dragon slayer, the purple is Mitch because he is a poison dragon slayer, Colin is a shadow dragon slayer but his colour is orange, the green is me because I am a cavern dragon slayer. The blue spikes is Daveed because he's an ice devil slayer."
