Earthquakes & Riddles (Chp 6 Pt 1)

A/N: Sorry that this book hasn't been updated in over a week. I would've uploaded earlier yesterday but, only last minute, I ended up staying at my cousin's place (not the same as I have previously mention before). We went fishing for about 4 hrs and I had/have a massive headache all the way through. I took medicine but it ain't workin T-T. Honestly, even today I still have the headache, I think it's actually a migraine but I'm still uploading this chapter!

Pokemon will also be uploaded soon so, that's coming :). So is the next oneshot :3.

In Mario's Dreamy Dream...

(Mario's POV)

I opened my eyes to see that I am sitting on the ground in complete darkness. The only thing in the room is a slightly lit lantern in the middle.

'Where am I?' Was the only thing going through my mind at the moment.

I stood up and slowly walked towards the lantern, a bit scared of where I was because I was never that good with the dark.

As I reached the middle, a man who looked like me with a bandana and a jacket came out of the dark, same time as me and we stared at each other for awhile. Suddenly he put his guard up and got ready to attack me but I shrunk back, more scared now than before.

I think he sensed my fear because he put his guard down, which made me a little less tense.

"Hello? Who are you?" He suddenly spoke up, which made me jump badly. I looked at him, nervous and scared again.

"H-Hi. I-I'm M-Mario, who a-are y-you?" I stutter out quietly.

He stared at me a little surprised and spoke. "Umm, my name is also Mario. I'm guessing you're my counterpart from Camp Oasis?"

I looked at him with wide eyes and nod my head. "A-And you're f-from A-Al-Atlantide?"

He nodded his head and smiled slightly, so I think he's friendly. I felt my body loosen up a bit but I was still a bit tense.

"Well, what are you doing here and what's in your arms?" He pointed towards the stuffed animal in my arms, which I guess I found in his room?

I held it up so that he could see it and his eyes widened again. "W-Well, I couldn't f-find J-J-Jeffery so, I t-thought this would h-help."

I looked at him and saw him also holding a plush in his arms. I think he saw me looking because he pulled the plush out to show me. My eyes widened as much as his did before.

"J-J-Jeffery?!" I ran up to him and we exchanged our plushies, glad that we have them back. I smiled brightly and hugged the non-exsistent life out of the squid in my arms.

"So, why is your squid called Jeffery?" He asked me.

"B-Because... I a-actually dunno. M-My pegasus i-is also c-called J-Jeffery." He looked a little shocked at the pegasus part but it was understandable cause I mean, I live in a Greek Mythological world.

I decided to ask my own question to him. "W-Why's yours c-called M-Mioleeyan?"

"Well, in Atlantide, I have 3 dragon brothers; Mitch, Colin and Bryan. Ask Bryan to tell you more when you go back. Then, my boyfriend is Daveed. I just combined all the names." He shrugs and I giggled at his laziness.

It was a few moments til one of us spoke again.

"Hey, can you tell Daveed I miss him and love him?" He asked, sounding a little upset.
