"Do you want roti or rice", Zoya said smiling toward Asad
"Rice" Asad said and once again focused on his work.
Zoya shook her head and thought how can a man be this boring and serious what did I ever do to get married to a man like him.
Time passed in a blink and it has been five months to their wedding and unknowingly they were coming close to eachother Asad started coming home for lunch this time actually for zoya and zoya couldn't thank more for this because she finally was changing Asad.
They had fights sometime they were small and sometime so big that they wouldn't talk for days. Seeing the change in Asad she always thought of telling Asad about ayan and her relationship but something would always stop her.
Zoya came in their room carrying tea for Asad today Asad for the first time came early at night.
"Tea" Zoya said keeping the tray on the side table
"Hmm" replied Asad without sparing glance at Zoya because he was just so engrossed in his work.
"You should probably sleep now because it's late"
"I don't wanna sleep and I am used to working late you should sleep"
"I know you are used to sleeping late but sleeping early won't harm you will it?"
"Stop acting like you are seeing me sleep late for the first time I have been sleeping late since the start", said an angry Asad
"Yes I know but.."
"No but please sleep and stop acting like a typical wife" Zoya was intercepted in the middle by Asad
"Seriously typical wife I am your wife and asking something from your husband is not at all typical", shouted Zoya while tear threatened to spill from her eyes
"Than don't ask anything from me because I wont be able to do it for you", shouted Asad
"Why can't you just listen to me without arguing"
"I did listen to you I do come for lunch everyday because you told me what else do you want me to do", said Asad
"Thank you but are you gonna actually bring this up everytime I tell you something", said zoya angry just one think he did it for me me and keep on rubbing my face.
"I am stating fact that's it"
"Don't state it because everytime in these 5 month we have argument you bring this up I am tired of hearing same thing"
"Oh so what r u gonna say after 2 more months that you are even tired of this marriage", said Asad in a sarcastic tone
"Why would I say this you are one who don't wanna accept this marriage"
"Exactly you are right I didn't want to marry you and I married you because of my mother only. And this marriage all was just a mistake", shouted Asad probably not releasing his words were hurting the person standing infront of her
"Than fix this mistake leave me", said Zoya a drop of tear fell on her cheeks
"You are right I should fix it"
"I Asad Khan give Zoya Khan ta..."
Asad was cut in the middle with a loud slap noise and whole room felt into silence
"Are you out of your mind", Said ami who reached at right moment and slapped Asad By now whole house was present their
"I was just completing her wish that's it", said Asad looking down still recovering from the slap
"What exactly happen between you two" now it was Abu who spoke
Both Asad and Zoya looked at eachother and once again the room fell in a complete silence both staring at eachother while other member of the family looking between them and waiting for their answer
"Nothing", was Asad's short reply before he left the room taking keys with him
