August 20th

"Let's send these." Hermione said, levitating the wedding invitations. Their wedding is on the 13th of September. "No, no. I will send them. You can sit down and rest at home." Draco said. "Why?" Hermione asked. Draco looked at her. "Right." Hermione said as she looked at her visible baby bump.

Hermione was already 4 months pregnant. Draco apparated to the Owlery, where they can send multiple letters at once. Rather than sending it one by one using their own owl. Draco disapparated and went back to the Mansion. "Uncle Draco! Can we go to the Island?" Isadora asked. "Ok, get the Baudelaires." Draco said.

The Baudelaires came downstairs. "Let's go." Draco said. They apparated to the Island.

The Island:
Klaus' POV:

We looked around. It seems familiar. Why? We looked around some more. A big apple tree, surrounded by unimportant things, a shattered diving helmet, a harpoon gun. Oh no. I just realised where we are. "This is the Island we got stuck in with Ismael." I muttered to Violet's ear. "Mom." Bea said, pointing to Kit's and Count Olaf's grave. "Yes, Bea. It is your mom." I said. "Mom? Kit died here?" The Quagmires asked us.

"As you all know, Beatrice Snicket-Baudelaire is Kit's and Dewey's daughter. Kit went through labor here and died. We dug her grave here. Count Olaf's too. Turns out Count Olaf was Kit's ex-boyfriend." Violet explained. "Follow us." I said and we made our way to Kit's and Olaf's grave.

Hermione conjured up some roses for them. "Let's go to the aborterium." I said. (IDK how to spell). We went under the gigantic apple tree. The crib Violet made was still there. Everything was still intact. And finally, there was the book. Apparently, there was another book. The people who owned this island before Mother and Father did. It was Draco and the Malfoys. The book was from decades and decades past. When the Island was passed down to Katia, she didn't know if she could be trusted and instead, gave the Island to Mother. Only the Quagmires knew about this place because their parents took them here once.

Once again, we flipped through the pages of A Series Of Unfortunate Events, seeing our parents handwriting. We missed them so much. But my memories are getting fuzzy. "I have something to admit." Draco said. What did he want to say? I wonder...

"I was part of VFD." All Of is looked at him in shock. "It all started with my mother sending me to Prufrock Preparatory School when I was 8."

Flashback:

"Draco, Lemony, Olaf, Bertrand, Beatrice, Katia, Quintin, Josephine and Ike. Please come to the Principal's office." Ishmael said. They all went to Ishmael's office.

"Ah. Students, how do you want to be a part of VFD?" Ismael asked them. "What's VFD?" Draco asked. "Volunteer Fire Department, Volunteers Fighting Disease, it can mean anything! As long as it's abbreviation is VFD." Ishmael said. They gave each other reassuring looks. "We're in." They said.

Flashback Ends:

"But the schism started, I couldn't choose to be either wicked or noble. But Olaf has taught me, there are no noble people in this world. So I quit." Draco said. All of us had our jaws on the floor.

We went back to the coastal shelf. The big box of books was still there. We all sat on the sand. Draco has already set a picnic blanket on the sand. We ate delicious food that Mrs. Weasley made for us. "Izzie, can I talk to you?" I asked her. She nodded her head. "In private." She nodded. We went to one of the tents.

"Look, Izzie. You are the most beautiful person I've ever met. You can always make me laugh even on my darkest days. Straight to the point. Izzie, I love you, will you be my girlfriend?" I asked. Her eyes were filled with tears. And she kissed me. "Yes." She said tears rolling down her cheeks. I wiped them off, "Don't cry, love." We smiled. We sat alone on the other side of the island and admired the sunset.

Violet's POV:
A few minutes earlier:

"Vi, can I talk to you too?" Duncan asked me. I nodded. He extended his hand to me. I grabbed it and he helped me lift myself up.

We went back to the aborterium and he said to me, "Vi, I love you. More than anyone ever would. Unless it's your siblings," I chuckled, "And I would be the luckiest person in the world if you would be my girlfriend." I kissed him. "I'll take that as a yes." He said. "I love you, Duncan Quagmire." I said. "I love you too, Violet Baudelaire." He said. We smiled. We went to the other side of the island but already found some people. A certain person named Isadora Quagmire leaning her head on Klaus Baudelaire, my brother.

"Love, I think we should get back." I said. "No, no. Come here." Klaus said.

We sat down on the surprisingly soft sand. "It's a lovely view." Duncan said. "Are we seriously quoting your brother?" I asked. "Just go with it." He said. "A very lovely view indeed." I kissed his cheek.

"We've finally found you. It's time to get back home." Hermione said. We nodded.

This is truly an island to remember.
