KARLA'S POV

After my confrontation with Sophia, i walk inside of my apartment. I didn't bother to open the light, letting the darkness filled the entire room. I throw myself at the couch, pulling my phone from my pocket to look at Lauren's picture, the usual thing i always do. I stare at the green eyed girl as i try to picture her smile to my mind for god knows how long until my tears dropped on my screen. That's when i realized I'm crying so hard and my hearts feels like it's been squeezed very tightly that i can't even breathe.

"Say something!"
"I despise you, Karla!"

"Is this your way of loving Lauren?"
"It wasn't me."
"It wasn't you? Now that Iskunjula's gone, are you happy now?!"

"Noah's going to spend the rest of his life in a wheelchair because of you. So am i wrong for wanting to make you stay at the company and stay with Noah?"

"Whether it's for Noah or for Lauren, the point is, you've already hurt both of them."

"So you're not mad at me? You believe me, right?"
"I believe you."

I rest back my head as i closed my eyes. All of this chaos, all their pain was because of me. Because of my selfishness, Noah got hurt. I wanted to protect and love Lauren but i ended up hurting her instead and make things even more harder for her. This time, i don't care about what i feel anymore. All that matters to me right now is that, i need to put a stop to all of this once and for all.

I pulled my car not so far from the studio when i saw that there's a commotion happening infront, that's when i realized that today is the day where the studio will get demolish. "Shit!" I immediately took my phone and dialed Kellee's number as i hurriedly run to stop them.

"Wait! Stop it. I've got her on the line, talk to her." I said, giving my phone to Mr. Lauchengco, the head of Lu Han corp. "Okay, got it." He said before he hand over my phone.

"Let's get out here." He ordered to his men before he walks infront of the studio and put the notice off the wall.

"Although the demolition's been posponed for now, Iskunjula is legally belongs to our company. Nobody is to enter the premise from now on. Go and pack your things." He said before he shift his eyes to his men, "Lock the doors when they leave." Then he started to walk away.

"How are we suppose to work if we can't go in?" Lucy asked with a hint of sadness in her voice when Vero suddenly walks over to remove the notice but Roger immediately prevent her from doing so. "Veronica,"

"Iskunjula is ours, why can't we go in?" -Vero

"Vero, calm down. Atleast our studio is still here." Sophia added and i nodded in agreement when our eyes suddenly met. Sophia looked at me as if she's wondering what i did to stop the demolition when i disappointed her already. Our staring game broke up when Lauren suddenly speak, "Karla, why did they suddenly decided not to demolish the studio?" I felt all eyes landed on me, waiting for my response.

As early as 6 am, i called Kellee so i can talk to her about my decision regarding to her offer. I was sitting on the couch, staring straight into no where and beside me was Kellee and my mom. At this point, my feelings and what i want doesn't matter anymore. If this is the only way i can protect Lauren then I'll do it.

"Fine, i promise you."

"Karla, you look like you haven't slept last night. Are you sure want to marry Noah?" Kellee asked with a smile written on her face. I shift my eyes on her as i speak with no emotion at all, "I promise you, I'll marry Noah."
