"Luke?"
"Yes?"
"Can you come over?"
I looked down, waiting for the answer.
"I'll be there in 10!"
Just as I walked downstairs, I heard the doorbell.
I opened the door to see Luke standing there, looking upset.
"Are you okay?"
"Yeah. Great." He grumbled, rolling his eyes.
"So are we going out or..." He asked impatiently, looking at his phone.
"Actually, we can just hang out."
I said leading him to the couch.
We sat on the couch 'watching' the movie. I was paying attention. He wasn't.
"Luke? Is something wrong? Did I do something?"
"No." he firmly said.
"Something's wrong."
"No."
"Luke, please-"
"Maybe what's wrong is the fact that you can't mind your own fucking business!" He snapped, standing up.
"Maybe you should mind your own business and leave!"
"Aria you-"
"Leave." I whispered, pushing him out and closing the door.
Luke's Point of View
I don't want Aria to like Ashton. I want Aria to like me.
Aria, noticing my thoughts asked what was wrong. "Maybe what's wrong is the fact that you can't mind your own fucking business!" I snapped, standing up.
"Maybe you should mind your own business and leave!"
"No- Please!"
"Leave." She whispered, Closing the door.
-
I walked down the hallway, leading to the cafeteria.
"Hey Aria!" Michael beamed.
"Hey." I muttered, looking down.
"Aria!" Ashton whisper shouted.
"What?" I asked.
"We've been calling your name for the past 5 minutes. Tell us what's wrong." He asked, softening his voice.
"Can we not?" I asked, irritated.
"No Aria. Tell us."
"I got in a fight with-"
I felt a sharp pain in my wrist, and winced.
I turned around to see Luke, angry.
"Why did you tell that that?" He shouted.
"Luke! You're hurting her!" Michael yelled, pulling him away from me.
"I wouldn't hurt her if she wasn't such a bitch!"
"Luke! I seriously don't know what the hell has gotten into you, but whatever it is, you better fucking stop." I shouted, walking towards the back of the school.
I sat in the back of the school, thinking. Was I ruining our friendship- should I-
"Hey Aria. You okay?"
"Yes, Michael. I'm fine."
"As crazy as it sounds, Luke likes you."
"Michael stop-"
"Ashton likes you too-"
"Michael stop!"
I shouted, holding my face in my hands.
"Oh? Does Aria have a crush?"
"No, Michael."
"Luke or Ash?"
"Michael. Drop it."
"Whatever you say..."
"Let's just go home." I asked, standing up.
