I reached my home at 2:30 pm, skipping happily to it. Just before I unlocked the front door, I received a text.

'Hey beautiful. Remember, you still owe me a date! -Dan'

I blushed as I read the word beautiful, and smiled at rest. I quickly responded.

'You think I would forget after waiting almost 5 years for this?! You must be a madman! -Alexis'

I chuckled after sending it, then finally unlocked the door and entered.

"I'M HOME BRI!" I yelled, feeling my phone vibrate once again. But before I could read the text, my roommate came flying through the hall.

"Heya Alexis. How was your walk?" She asked, heading to the kitchen behind me. I sat at the breakfast bar and grinned.

"Fantastic. You won't believe who I met." She raised an eyebrow at me, telling me to continue.

"I met......DANIEL JAMES HOWELL!" I screamed, squealing. I heard the sound of a plastic cup drop, and saw Bri turn towards me.

"Oh...my....GOD!" She screamed, running and hugging me. "What did you two do?" I laughed awkwardly.

"I split my coffee on him, we went to Starbucks, he knew about my channel, annnnnnd.....weexchangednumbersbecauseheaskedmeonadate." I exclaimed, taking a heavy breath after.

"ALEXIS YOU'RE GOING ON A DATE WITH DAN! AND YOU HAVE HIS NUMBER! GO TEXT HIM YA TWAT!" She yelled at me, pushing me into my room. I rolled my eyes and shut the door. I sat on my bed and read his recent text finally.

'I was thinking we could go to the cinema. Or we could go get milkshakes! I know a great place! -Dan'

I smile, know he meant ShakeAway.

'Sounds great, when? -Alexis'

'How about tonight at 8:30? -Dan'

I did a small happy dance.

'Sounds fun, where should we meet? -Alexis'

'How bout outside of Starbucks? -Dan'

'Awesome. See ya then Daniel! - Alexis'

I squealed, then checked the time. I had 4 and a half hours. I was a bit tired, so I decided to take a nap. I set my alarm for 7:30 pm and fell asleep.
