Chapter 23

Ayo Author speaking Soooo this story suddenly gained a bunch of traction when I updated newssss so I guess I'll try to keep that traction going with an update, but seriously go check out my new book. Also this chapter is gonna be so random like plot wise because like I dunno what else to write so let's just add random new elements to the story, sounds like a plan to me. Also do you guys notice how the book will get really dark then happy then dark again, I've come to realize I've been subconsciously writing based of my mental state, and so far it's been pretty happy, and I'm bored of that so let's go to the dark side shall we and yes my mental state is fucked at the moment so yeah have fun with this chapter, that is all.

Ariellas POV

I slowly open my eyes and let out a yawn. I look at my two adorable, I mean ugly mates cuddled against me.  A small smile tugs at my lips. I slowly close my eyes again basking in the moment. All of a sudden a sharp pain engulfs my whole body and I let out a blood curdling scream, i feel like I'm about to explode, there's this pressure pushing against all my senses. Lucian and Crystal shoot up immediately asking what's wrong.

I let out another scream. "Make it stop." I say through clench teeth. I feel my eyes turn black and my body starts convulsing.

Lucians Pov

"Crystal, what's happening what do we do." I say frantically trying to half Ariellas body down.

"I don't know what's happening." Crystal says in a panic.

"Lucian listen to me very carefully." I jump at the sudden voice in my head.

"Micheal? haven't heard you in awhile, but that's besides the point what's happening to Ari." I say quickly.

"She's dying, he responds." Rather calmly.

"WHAT" I roar outload.

"What do you mean she's dying." I think scared.

"So basically, when you guys marked her it made her powers gradually grow stronger and way back when the person you know was my lover we put restraints on her powers so she doesn't have access to the majority them, so now that her power is growing pressure is being put on her body because it's not being let out." He describes.

"Okay then take the damn restrains off." I yell once again out loud.

"I can't do that, it's better to just let her die." He says gravely.

"Why the fuck would I let her die and why won't you do it." I say frantically as I notice her ceasing getting worse.

"It has do with why we killed her in the past, just like you we marked her but as her powers grew her body couldn't handle the pressure with the restraints, the restraints keep her power in check because once they are let out she will change, become a completely different person like a split personality, you've seen glances of her demon influencing her before, and saw how deadly and murderous she becomes but your always able to talk her back to normal because her demon is only influencing her she doesn't turn into her demon, but when her powers are unleashed she turns into the demon, and it's impossible to go back, with Lillian we tried for years to get her back but nothing worked she was causing to much destruction and damage, she we decided to kill her, as she died her powers weakend and at the last second she came back to us, but she didn't remember anything her demon had done, so as she died she just saw us killing her for no reason with no memories of why, she believed we betrayed her, both Lillian nor Ariella know about this side to them, but the demon is her true self, when we first met Lillian she was the demon that's all she ever was, we don't know how but she was in a weakened state when we met her because our originally task was to kill her, but her being our mate we couldn't bring ourselves to do it so we settled for taking most of her powers away, so imagine our surprise when she wakes up a different person with no idea who she is." Micheal explains.
