"BAM! don't you like them? look! i can do some tricks!" noya's voice can be heard through the whole gymnasium. he's showing his new heelys to tanaka and hinata, spinning and skating around.
"he's gonna fall, isn't he?" suga asks, watching from across the gym with the other third years. "definitely," daichi agrees.
"hey, watch this!" noya yells again, he starts cartwheeling, landing gracefully on one leg, as if he was an ice skater. "so cool!! can you do that again!" hinata continuously shouts, encouraging noya.
noya does it once more, flipping his body while putting all his weight on his hands, and then bouncing back on his feet, almost. instead of landing steadily on his feet, he slips, falling backwards, cra- landing softly in someone's pair of strong arms and not hitting the ground. noya looks up to see asahi holding him (like a princess), clearly a bit anxious to find out if noya is alright or not. you could hear half the people in the gym sigh, relieved to find out that he wasn't on the ground and injured.
"a-are you alright noya?" asahi frantically asks. "ah- yeah! thanks asahi! you saved my life!" noya responds, smiling weakly, still in shock that he almost fell on the ground, head first, which would have led to quite a few injuries, which wouldn't have been good.
"are you sure?" asahi asks again. "yep!" noya gleefully smiles back. "ok, just be careful, alright?" asahi carefully places noya back on the ground, still worried. "ok!" noya just responds, blushing a bit. asahi proceeds to run back over to the other third years as noya continues to sit there, trying to calm down. his body was still trying to relieve itself from tensing up

"i bet asahi has senses that tell him when noya is in danger or something," suga says to daichi. and daichi agrees, "definitely".
after asahi went back to the third years:
"he really fell for him, huh?" suga mentions, joking around with daichi again. "mhm, literally," daichi nods. and asahi blushed, "ehh".
noya afterwards:
(swooning) 🎶 i might be falling in love, falling in love, falling in love with asahi azumane 🎶
later (during practice):
"where did your heelys go?" hinata asks noya. "they got confiscated by the captain," noya replies, kinda sad.
