So this person knows you're there...but just won't talk to you.
FOR EXAMPLE: You find a really cool edit and you ask the person what apps they use and they liked like 2 pictures on your account, then leaves.
They don't answer the question.
At all.
They just know your there...
But they I guess think that you aren't cool enough to talk to them I guess idk
And the whole for example thing actually happened and I got SO MAD LIKE UGhH
