Belle had never been invited to one of Evelyn's parties. Maybe it was because she was never actually friends with the girl but this time, Evelyn had insisted that Belle comes along with her friends. It was a weird feeling for Belle to go to Evelyn's party. She knew that Evelyn only invited Belle and her friends because she's dating Alejandro and it would have seemed rude if she hadn't invited his best friends.
So there she was, at seven-thirty, in Evelyn's house, helping her put the Halloween decorations up. The party doesn't until nine.
"Belle, would you mind helping me place the things on the dessert table?" Evelyn asks, walking into the living room with a a tray full of Halloween themed biscuits and cupcakes.
