Y/n's pov-
Me and my girlfriend Ashley have been together for a while now.. 9 months and counting. Ash is hanging out with our friend while i'm at home, i didn't feel like going out today but i told her to go without me. I wish i didn't. i haven't been feeling good lately and i don't mean in a sick way. I feel like Ash is up to something but i can't figure it out. I don't know where they are right now but there's only a couple of places to go in this town and maybe i'm weird for this but spying on her might put my mind at ease. I get up and put on my white hoodie and sweatshirt, it's snowing out. I grab my pink mittens and ear warmers, these don't really help me blend in but gotta stay warm. i put on my snow boots and head out the door. The first place to look is Larry's tree house that's where they always go but she said they weren't going there tonight.. which i thought was strange, i didn't question her though. Taking the elevator always freaks me out and usually i have sal to help me ride down.. i go to the basement and use the key card Larry gave me. I walk in their apartment as quiet as i can be and i stop at larry's door before opening it. i hear talking...
mumbled voices- do you think... I don't know anymore guys... Ashley when are you leaving... y/n.... i will soon....
Y/n-
i heard enough! LEAVING ME? Is this what she has been hiding? she can't leave me...you know what fuck her! I ran all the way back to the elevator and stood there shaking the whole time. how could she do this? i love her! what did i do wrong? nothing i did nothing. i pulled out my phone and blocked her, and sal, and larry, and the rest. I can't pretend anymore. when i got back to my room i grabbed a box from our closet and starting packing ashley's things, she's been spending the night so there's a lot here. Her hoodies and clothes, her shoes, her toothbrush, hair brush, and other bathroom essentials, EVERYTHING. She doesn't want to be with me anymore? fine. i packed everything and left it outside the door of my apartment. I regret it.. i sit down on my bed and take off my mittens and ear warmers, i'm sweating and shaking.. why did i do that?! it's too late now.. Ashley doesn't want to be with me anymore all i could do was lay down and cry.

Ash's pov-
"what was that? did you guys hear that?"
sal- "dude is there a ghost stomping in your living room?"
Larry- "don't even joke like that dude...you're gonna freak me out"
"maybe that's my sign to leave and check on y/n. she hasn't been doing good lately guys i probably should've stayed with her."
Sal- "see you ash. tell y/n we hope she feels better and kiss her forehead for us"
Larry- "yea man"
"okay guys i will" i let out a giggle before i left the apartment. That noise freaked me out so i bad i had to leave.. i hope it was nothing. i make my way up the elevator and to y/n's apartment. What the hell? There's a box! I walk up to the box and it's open... IS THAT MY STUFF? i go to open the door.. it's locked? y/n never locks the door? What is going on? i call y/n... straight to voicemail? i knock on the door.. 5 minutes no answer. Fuck, i started to bang on the door as hard as i could.
"Y/N PLEASE ANSWER"

Y/N's pov-
i wake up to pounding.. in my head... and on the door? what the hell? i try to stand up and i almost slip on my boot. i get up as fast as i can to run to the door. who the hell is pounding like that? i open the door.. Ash.

Ash's pov-
"oh my god y/n! are you okay? why is this box out here? have you been crying? baby.." i step closer to y/n to pull her in for a hug and she steps back..?
"baby are you okay?"
Y/n- "don't touch me. why are you here?"
"y/n what? i always come here?"
Y/n- "i heard what you fucking said! you said you were leaving me soon! why not just do it now? i packed all your shit. i don't want to speak to you anymore."
"what? i never said i was going to leave you? y/n i fucking love you! i would never say that! where did you hear that from?"
Y/n- "when you were in Larry's room! i fucking heard you! LEAVE."
Y/n tried to slam the door but i catch it just in time.
"baby i didn't say i was leaving you, i said i was leaving to come check on you! i know you haven't been feeling good lately and i felt bad for going to hang out with them! i would never leave you!"

Y/n's pov-
"what? youre lying! i heard it!"
i let the door open again. Ashley just grabbed my hand and forced herself inside and shut the door.
"what are you doing ashley?" she grabs my face
Ash- "i fucking love you do you y/n i would never leave you baby. ever. i'm sorry it seemed that way but i promise i didn't say that."
i push her off my face and start crying again.. this time it's from her touching me. My cheeks her. i look up at her and her mouth drops..
Ash- "y/n... i'm sorry i'm so sorry i didn't mean to grab you that hard i just needed you to listen to me.. i'm sorry"
she pulls me in and hugs me.. she's patting my head.. i used to love this hug when i was upset but she was never the one to upset me.. my cheeks hurt.. i pull away from ashley and walk into the bathroom. my cheeks are red. dark red. Like iv been slapped in the face multiple times.. Ashley..
Ash- "i'm sorry y/n i'm so fucking sorry... i'll leave if you want.. i didn't mean to hurt you i swear.. i.. i'm sorry"
