Christmas with da fam

The Plane

'Hi' the little girls says.
I wasn't sure who she was talking to so I looked over at her. That's when I realised she was talking to me.
'Hello' I say back 'where are your parents?' I ask her politely.
'I'm going to see my dad who lives in Canada' she replies.
'And your travelling alone?'
'Yes, but I have a nice flight attendant lady whose looking after me' she reassures me.
'Oh well that's very nice' I tell her and that's the end of our conversation.

I slowly doze off with my music playing through one of my earphones. I left the other one out just incase the little girl needed anything.

I wake up to something wet touching my upper arm. I look to my left and see the little girl with her face right next to me and she's liking my arm. I put my hand on her forehead and gently push her head away.
'What are you doing?' I ask her, confused.
'I'm a cat!' She says as if I'm stupid for not realising. She then continues to meow at me.

'Would I like me to put a movie on for you?' I ask her so that she stops licking me.
'Yes please!' She replies.
We sitting looking for a move that she will like for almost half an hour. We eventually find something and she starts watching. After a few minutes she falls asleep.
Once I'm sure she's fast asleep I decide to sleep once again.

I wake up and check my phone. I've been sleeping for almost 2 hours. The little girls awake and watching another movie.

The pilot then announces that we will be landing in 15 minutes and that we will be experiencing some turbulence on the descent. We are then asked to put out seat belts on and only take them off when the light turns off, saying that it is safe to do so.
