Part 3- Social Media has screwed it up
Sounds like a beautiful ship, right? Well, take one look at the internet and you can immediately see that something is terribly wrong. There are a few points I would like to tackle.
•"Hajime kun my life sucks my parents died hold me plz"

NO.
This is probably the thing that PISSES ME OFF the most about preconceived komahina notions. If you are going to roleplay or write Komaeda in general, you CANNOT dumb down his character to this. NO. This is about as ooc as anyone can get with him. That is NOT how he acts. Take two glances at the game and you can see that. Komaeda is, surprisingly, a very reserved character, who hides behind an eccentric shell I mentioned earlier. He is not one to just start telling any old person anything. It took weeks, maybe even a little over a month, for Hajime to even scratch the surface of what Komaeda was really like. And this was in an extreme situation, where his dementia was flourishing and making everyone confused and sort of scared around him. This, however, only accelerated Hajime's want to learn about him. My guess is that it would have taken months, years even, to get to that point in a normal environment. So, please, do not make out Komaeda to be a self-loathing weeb. That's.... Just not right. Please stop writing for him.
• Komaeda's infatuation with Hajime is from his dementia and therefore makes him a creepy stalker
This is a widely unrecognized problem in the dr fandom. Like I said above, Komaeda's love for Hinata is completely human, and comes from the part of his brain that is still brain. (I make sense trust me) Never has Komaeda acted stalker-ish, or is said to be watching Hajime or freaking drooling all over him. Nagito Komaeda is not Toko Fukawa, guys. Get it right.
•Hajime has no canon romantic interest for Komaeda

That's the bullshit alarm!
Though Hajime's feelings are a little harder to spot simply because Hajime himself doesn't realize them, his feelings for Komaeda are definitely there. Though there are many things that I could quote, let me quote something from earlier:
"In the end, everything Nagito said... I don't know what was true and what was lies. But even so, there might've been a definite truth hidden somewhere in his words... If there wasn't, there's no way I could feel this mysterious bond between Nagito and me."
If that's not a romantic interest, I don't know what is.
It's obvious Hajime doesn't realize he has feelings for Komaeda, and he is almost as confused as to why he feels this bond as Komaeda himself, but they're definitely there. Please don't act like it doesn't exist.

I give up. I can't process this.
If you actually believe this, then you CLEARLY have not been paying attention to Komaeda's character at all. I'm not even gonna touch on the whole kinky thing since the line there is very wiggly and an unsettling weird grey color.... Did someone throw up on this line? Anyways, I don't even really need to explain this. It's common sense. If you've been listening to what I've been saying for 11037 years, Komaeda's love for Hinata is completely sane, human, and wholesome. You clearly don't comprehend Komaeda's character for thinking he would abuse Hajime past calling him trash on the same level as himself. That's simply what he believes, he's not trying to insult him. And, also, if you think Hajime would put up with that then you need to rethink your process of thought. Like, Extreme Home Makeover rethink.
