3 : 30 pm Monday
Today was a good day! I came back to school and surprisingly the food was on the table. I wasn't expecting this from my 3 year old brother.
Well! Turns out dad came home early today. Every time dad comes home early it's either we have a big event or his mood is just off. I think it's the first option because dad was quite happy. I asked dad about why he came home early and he said we are going to uncle Paul's house. To be honest I never actually went to uncle Paul's house because I never got time for that. He said that this time all 3 of us are going to uncle Paul's house to celebrate his 49th birthday party. I was happy at first but my happiness eventually faded because I soon realized the party was for people like dad. There won't be any games, pizzas and burgers. I tried to give an excuse to dad but it turns out that this time he's damn serious about the party because the last time we all went to uncle Paul's house together was... never. And dad haven't went to uncle Paul's house since Ben was born. So now I have to waste my precious time sitting on a sofa watching NEWS and talk about politics for 3 hours. GREAT.Actually it's not that bad to be honest. The party is at 11 o'clock at night. So I can play some games and do some homework and stuff until we go. Why is a "birthday party" so late at night? It's a party for people that work till 8 pm and dad usually comes home at 9 or 10. So that's a good thing.
9 : 30 pm Monday
I finished all of my homework for today and also got some free time to play some video games. Dad washed the clothes and I on the other had cleaned the dishes. So now we can go a little bit early. Uncle Paul sent us the location of his house to dad since he changed his house every. It turns out that his house is half an hour away from our home. At first uncle Paul called dad and said that you shouldn't come today as it was raining heavy and we were not living so close to each other but dad refused saying that he will come to his house at any cost. So we head out to our car
Wearing yellow rain coats and we rush to the car as fast as we could.
