Zuma's pledge/Julia and Julius in trouble

Back at the lookout, Marshall and Rubble were sleeping. But Zuma was looking outside the lookout window. He sighed sadly.

Zuma's mind

Why can't I stop thinking about that pup. No! I can't be attracted to her. Especially because of my... pledge...

Just then, Zuma saw the same black lab that he saw at the party. "No... way," he said to himself. "Guys! Guys, wake up!!" Zuma yelled, kicking Marshall and Rubble. "Ah!" Marshall yelled. "Jeez," Rubble groaned rolling his eyes as he yawned. "What's up, dog?" Marshall asked. "It's the same pup that I saw at the Valentine's party..." Zuma said. "So?" Rubble said with a yawn. "Her and I... didn't finish our conversation well..." Zuma explained. "I have no idea WHAT you're talking about but what's this got to do with us?" Marshall said. "Umm..." Zuma started

Should I tell them?

"Because... I..." Zuma started again.

No! I have a pledge and I'm willing to keep it!

"I need your guys's help. I think she hates me now. I was kinda a crazy stalker.." Zuma lied. "Uh... ok?" Marshall said confused. "Why were you stalking her?" Rubble asked curiously. "Rubble, when you ate so many treats and you couldn't have any more treats for 5 months because you were getting too fat and you asked me to help you, did I ask you why?" Zuma said. Rubble looked down, "No..."  "That's right, I just helped you." Zuma smiled. "Zuma's right- we might not know why he wants us to help, but he's still our friend and we can trust that whatever the reason is, it's good." Marshall smiled. "Yeah," Rubble said. "Heh.." Zuma started. Those kind words made Zuma a little ashamed that he didn't tell them the truth. "Come on, Zuma, what are you waiting for? Let's go!" Marshall exclaimed as he was waiting by the slide. Zuma joined Rubble and Marshall sliding down the slide.

Marshall flipped on accident and knocked into the pup. "Ow..." She groaned. "Hi! I'm Marshall. This is Rubble, and as I believe, you've met Zuma." Marshall smiled presenting Zuma to the pup. She growled. "It's you...!" She barked. Zuma gulped. "Well he-" Marshall started then the pup said, "The name's Radiant! I came here because these two kids are in trouble. They're hanging from a tree." "Oh... well..." Marshall started then looked at Zuma. Zuma nodded.

Help before greed.

"Two dogs are already there trying to help them." Radiant said. "But they aren't as experienced as the PAW Patrol." Marshall said looking at Rubble. "We're gonna need more help than just us." Zuma said. Marshall sighed. "There's one more pup left... Everest." Marshall said. "Well! What are you waiting for? Call her!" Rubble demanded. Marshall growled at Rubble a bit then called Everest.

Radiant's mind

Marshall is kinda cute.

Marshall: Everest, Marshall here!

Everest: (Rolls eyes) What do you want, Marshall?

Marshall: Look I know you're upset for the reason I don't know... but you need to get over it.

Everest: (Looks down sadly)

Marshall: Two kids are supposedly hanging from a tree. Ryder and most of the pups aren't here. They're busy. So I need you to meet us at Taylor's Rock. That's where the kids are hanging.

Everest: (Ears go down) I-I'll be there.

Marshall and Everest: (Hangs up)

"K, I think she's on her way," Marshall said. "She BETTER be on her way." Zuma said. "Well, Zuma and Rubble, let's go!" Marshall exclaimed getting into his fire truck. "Wait... can I come, too?" Radiant asked. Marshall said "uh" and Zuma said "yes". "Umm, Zuma, can I talk to you for a sec?" Marshall asked. "Sure," Zuma said. Marshall and Zuma went behind Rubble's vehicle. "Zuma, what are you doing? She has no rescuing experience." Marshall said. "I know, but she'll probably just sit there." Zuma smiled. "Mm, I guess. But  why do you want her to come anyway?" Marshall said. "Because it'll be the perfect chance to make amends with her." Zuma explained. Marshall growled then said, "Fine!" When they finished talking, they came out from behind Rubble's vehicle. Then Marshall said hanging his head as he walked to his fire truck, "Let's go," "Come on, Radiant, you can ride with me," Zuma said. Radiant jumped in Zuma's hovercraft and then Marshall led Everest, Rubble, and Zuma to where the kids were. Radiant told them where to go since they didn't know where Julia and Julius were.

Hey, guys, just so you know, Zuma's pledge WILL be revealed in this story. I just don't know what part yet.
