Jisoo, Rosé and Taeyeon sat by Taeyeon's desk quietly. The only sound they could hear was the sound of the ticking clock hanging by the wall. Any minute from now, the nurse would send Jennie's body report to Taeyeon's office. All they could do was to wait.

Time passed, only god knew how long, finally they heard a knock on the door. The nurse came in and after greeting them, she placed a brown envelope on Taeyeon's desk and left.

They had been waiting for the whole day, but suddenly when it really arrived and was right in front of them, nobody had the guts to open the envelope.

What that was laying right before their eyes, it wasn't just a body report, it was the president's daughter's body report, her best friend's body report and someone she used to love's body report, it wasn't something you eager to know.

Finally, Taeyeon sighed and took over the report. She tore open the sealed top and was about to take it out when Jisoo shouted:

"Wait!"

Both Taeyeon and Rosé turned their head over and looked at Jisoo, as if asking why did she asked them to stop.

Jisoo took a deep breathe and said:

"Let me open it"

Taeyeon pressed her lips together and thought for a while but then nodded her head and passed Jisoo the envelope.

Jisoo took it over and stared at it for some moments, having imagining anything that could be written on the report, Jisoo closed her eyes and took out the report.

'One, two, three'

Jisoo whispered in her heart and opened her eyes, it quickly scanned through the report. The more lines she read, the colder her heart got.
 
The first time she read through the lines, she couldn't understand a thing, it was like her mind automatically blocked away every words. She was just like staring at letters that were meaningless to her.

Jisoo couldn't focus, her brain couldn't process the words, she frowned and looked through from the first line again, but still she understood nothing.

The more she read, the more frustrated she got. Out of a sudden, it was like Jisoo had no knowledge about medical anymore.

The truth is, Jisoo understood, she understood every single word, but she just couldn't linked them all onto Jennie. It's like we don't expect cars to be flying so we would be confuse if we see a flying car. That was exactly how Jisoo felt, confused.

Refusing to take in the info, Jisoo threw the report on Taeyeon's desk.

"This makes no sense at all"

Seeing Jisoo's reaction, Rosé took over the report on Taeyeon's table, her heart was shaking, she didn't know what to expect.

Just like Jisoo, Rosé's heart gradually froze as she read the report. Her mind was telling her everything she's reading and yet her heart refused to accept it.
