Chapter 23: I want her

After the long staring,we finally went to my palace. I ordered maids to serve us tea and the three of us again...staring at each others.

"Well,Princess and lady,what kind of business are we going to talk?" Marquis Xenon break the silent with a small talk.

"Yes,this is related to you that is why I invited you here in my palace" I cough a few times and finally reply.

Edwin raise his eyebrow and smirk lightly.

"We wanted to buy your mine island under Winchester family" I get down to business and said with a serious tone.

"My island?" Edwin frown,oh no...he doesn't seem to be pleased.

"Marquis,we are all allies here. Why don't you sell it to princess? I'm sure she can pay you in any price" Violet help by convincing him too.

"Princess,you know that the island has been mine since I have become the Marquis of Xenon. I am afraid..."

Even before Edwin can finish,Alicia who just enter the room spill hot tea on his elegant clothes.

"Ahhh!!! I'm so sorry!!!! Sir Xenon!!! I didn't mean to!!! I apologize!!!!" Alicia cried and tried to wipe Edwin shirt.

Hah...I can only open my eyes along with Violet and stare at the soak dude.

Edwin stand up and walk off coldly.

"Alicia!!! Stop him and tried to find some clothes for him change! ＼(;´□｀)/"

"Yes!!!" But before Alicia run out,she turn to me and wink.

She...she knew Edwin was going to rejected...so that why she cut him off...by spilling tea on him...did she annoyed by him...? I don't blame her though...

Alicia run off and tried to chase after Edwin. I lay my body on the soft sofa with Violet drink her tea.

"I have to go now,good luck with convincing him. If you have any difficulty then we are ready to help you" Violet put down her teacup and head out with an encourage smile

I let out a sigh and try to take a nap. The nap was only 15 minutes until I heard a furious knock on my door.

I get up with laziness and open the door to find Alicia wrist gripped by Edwin. Edwin walk in and pull Alicia down with him.

"Princess,earlier you said you wanted to buy island then I won't take any price from you"

Edwin did not show any emotion as he spoke like a machine.

"Er..yes!!! I would glad to!!!" He won't take anything from me!! Isn't that lucky?!!

"Instead,I want this little rude maid of your"

....

Did I hear it right? He...said...he want...Alicia...

What the Hell...?

"May I ask you the reason?"

I politely ask but my heart is shaking

"Hmm...princess,this is a personal thing,you may her over here when she returned someday,I will have my servant send you the island documents,agreement term by tomorrow. Let go"

After that,he pull Alicia with him leaving me staring at the head shaking Alicia as she disappear along with Edwin.

What the hell is there relationship? I don't even know that even from my previous life...

Third POV

Edwin Xenon throw Alicia inside his carriage as the carriage move.

"I thought you would be familiar somewhere but to think you actually my runaway debtor"
