The Night That Never Ended
By : Evan Wilson
My dad and I were coming back from the football game. We were so happy because they won and my dad said, “This night is so much fun.” So we started driving back home and it was getting really foggy.I told my dad, “It’s getting really foggy out, and we should stop until it gets better”.
My dad stop in this alley way and it was really smelly it was like a disgusting raw chicken in this alley way. So me and my dad stayed there then boom, thunder just started coming down fast. I told my dad,” That is good we are in this car”.
Me and my dad waited for a little bit more, it was still foggy out and thunderstorming. So then the light in the back of the alley way was starting to flicker on and off and then the light just stop. I told my dad,” Dad I can't see so”.
My dad turned on the lights so we could see. Then my dad and I started hearing these noises like there were whispering and heared someone like bouncing like a toy boy so me and my dad said,” What Is that Noise”!
Then it just stopped and then the thunderstorm just stopped to so it was still the fog was still bad and then I started hearing rain drops from the building and I told my dad,” This fog is so long it is never getting better”.
We tried to drive back home the car died so we were just sitting in the car with nothing to use or nothing to call somebody with. So my dad said,” great what else is going to happen now.”
Then it started pouring rain and then I said,” We are going to be here all night.”
My dad said,” You should get some sleep.”
My dad was getting out of the car to see what was wrong with it and then he was trying to fix it. Then he said,” it needs some gas.”
My Dad said,” I will go get some gas and you stay here.”
My Dad left and I was all by myself in the car. Then I started hearing the noises again so I just wanting to have my dad back. Then I could hear these footsteps coming closer and closer to the car and I hoped it was my dad but when I looked up there was no one there. Then I could hear cars and police driving by the alley way. My dad was not back yet so I was getting scared. Then I could hear the footsteps again so I did not want to look up but I peek a little bit and I could see a guy looking at me through his window so I went back behind the seat again and then I looked up to see if the guy was still looking down but there was nobody there. Then I heard the knocking on the door and it was my dad and me and he said,” how happy am I to see you.”
He put in the gas and drove back home and made it back home and I said,”That’s at the last time I’m driving in the fog.”
