"need some tea y/n?" ceasar offered. right now, all of you are in ceasar's house, it was hard to get here since joseph doesn't want to go.

but he had no choice since you agreed on going.

you politely declined his offer, ceasar nodded and sat down on the chair across joseph.
joseph is staring down at him, but that doesn't faze ceasar at all.

ceasar crossed his arms and leaned back at the chair, "you need to improve your hamon jojo, you beaten straizo out of pure luck."

"so you're suggesting you're going to train me." ceasar laughed, "heavens no. i would die early if i trained you. no i'll take you to my master tomorrow."

he grabbed his cup of tea and took a sip, "so get a goodnight's rest and y/n." ceasar turned to look at you.

"you can sleep on my room with me." joseph stood up, "no she isn't going to sleep with you!" ceasar groaned.

"jojo, i'm not going to hurt your precious y/n." joseph gritted his teeth, "i don't trust you with her."

"oh?" ceasar smirked, joseph's eyes widen and sat back down. "i see. fine, y/n are you fine sleeping with gorilla?"

you nodded, "perfect, your room will be end of the hall." ceasar took another sip of his drink. then you felt you need to go;

"uhm.. where is the restroom?" you lowly asked, "turn right and you'll see an open door with a light." you nodded and stood up.

as you got out of the room, ceasar stood up and locked the door. he leaned against the door and looked at joseph.

"you're that clingy and protective huh?" joseph looked at him and scoffs. "i don't know what you're talking about."

ceasar rolled his eyes, "are you that dumb? or just pretending to be?"

"i do have to say, y/n is special and unique than the other girls." ceasar slightly smiled with a slight blush.

joseph stood up and walked towards ceasar, "don't even try to get her." ceasar huffed, "you like her, guess what so do i."

"is that a challenge?" ceasar smirked, "perhaps." joseph gritted his teeth and then grabbed ceasar's collar.

"i met her first and i'll have her in the end."

"yeah? says the person who doesn't pay attention to her all day." joseph's eyes widen and let go of ceasar's collar.

ceasar fixed himself, "better up your game jojo." ceasar went to the door, unlocked it then walked back to his seat.

you finally went back to see the boys still in the same spot when you left, "hey y/n." joseph looked at you as he smiled.

you smiled back, "let's go to our room?" joseph said as he stood up, you lookee at ceasar and back at joseph. you nodded and walked along with him.

ceasar shook his head and took a sip of his tea.
"what an idiot."

as both of you reached the room, joseph opened the door for you and you entered first. joseph closed the door behind him and jumped onto the bed.

"ahhh! this is so soft!!" he grabbed one of the pillows and hugged it tightly. you sat down at the edge and watched him cuddle the pillow.

joseph noticed your stare, "come here!" he grabbed your arm and pulled you into his arms, you felt your face burn.

"you're okay with this right??" you nodded shyly, joseph giggled and moved to the headboard. he leaned against it and his arms wrapped around your waist as you slowly leaned against his chest.

"you comfy?" you nodded again, joseph settled his chin on tip of your head and sighed.

"y/n, what is love?" you were taken aback of that question. "i guess it's about a strong feeling one person feel to the other." joseph hummed.

"do you love me?" you flinched and looked down, do i? why am i hesitant? what's wrong with me?

"y/n?" you shook your head and looked up, "y-yes?"

"do you love me?" he asked again, you felt uncomfortable on what's happening right now. "i- i'm going to sleep now! goodnight!"

you got out of joseph's arms and moved to his side with your back facing him. after a few seconds, you heard a sigh and shuffling on sheets.

"goodnight y/n." then the lights are turned off and you heard a soft door closing. you turned around to see the other side of the bed empty.

"no. . ." you curled yourself up into a ball and looked out in the window. moonlight slipping into the room, providing enough to illuminate the room.

you stood up and walked towards the window, since you're barefoot right now, cold polished stone floor sent shivers.

you sat down at the chair that is already in front of the window, you opened the window. evening breeze smoothed your face.

you looked down at the slightly busy market, lights slightly blinding, loud chatting even reached you.

out all of those noise, it's still relaxing as many stars are showing tonight as well as the moon, half moon.

half uncertain, half wanting.

is that it? you're uncertain of liking joseph? or. . .

love?

you groaned and slumped back against the chair.
