After I woke up the next morning, I went downstairs to see Shark and Yuma sitting on the couch, holding hands. They were just looking at each other, smiling and flirting. "You two are weird," I said, grabbing a frying pan. "So, what did you go out for last night?" Yuma asked. "Apparently, Kalin annoyed Crow so much that he got akumatized. Saki texted me in all caps saying, "Help! Crow is akumatized!" So, thanks for that Hawkmoth!" I said.

"Were you the one that wrapped the blanket around us?" Shark asked. "Yep. You guys fell asleep, so I was gonna finish the movie upstairs and let you guys sleep down here." I said, pulling eggs out of the fridge. "Yea, you were going to finish it, at least until Hawkmoth akumatized Crow." Yuma said. "Exactly. Did you guys already eat?" I asked. "Not yet. It's only been 15 minutes since we've woken up." Shark said. I looked at the clock. It was 9:15. "Okay, do you guys want some eggs?" I said, greasing the pan. "I'll take two." Shark said. "Same here." Yuma said. "Okay." I said, pulling the number of eggs I needed out of the carton.

"Do we have to do anything today?" I said, scrambling the eggs. "I don't think so," Yuma said. "Well, technically, you have night patrol and may have to save Paris from an akuma attack." Shark said. "Yea, I knew that already." I said. "Have you encountered any new superheroes other that Ladybug and Chat Noir?" Yuma asked. "Well, there is one. Her name is Silver and she's the wolf Miraculous holder. Breakfast is ready!" I said, setting plates on the counter. "Okay, anyone else?" Shark said, walking up to the counter to get his plate. "No, there hasn't been any new Miraculous heroes that have shown up." I said, giving a plate to Yuma. "Thank you Zueki. Do you guys still want to watch the rest of the movie?" Yuma asked. "Sure. I'll just have to go and grab the disk from upstairs." I said, walking upstairs.

Violet flew out of the doll bed and hugged me. "I see you're up," I said, grabbing the disk from my DVD player. "Are we going to watch the rest of that movie?" She asked. "Yea, but we only have 45 minutes left on it," I told her. "Okay!" Violet said, sitting on my shoulder.

When I walked downstairs, all I had to do was put the disk in the DVD player and it started playing where we left off. "So, what are we gonna do today?" I asked Shark and Yuma. "Well, it's cold outside today, so I suggest we just stay inside and binge-watch a series or something," Yuma said. "Or you could play the piano and start practicing for the next concert," Shark said. "I already know what song I want to play. But the next concert isn't until January because we don't want to have a concert on Christmas day." I said, taking a bite of my eggs. "You only have one week of school left before winter break too," Shark said. "I know! I can't wait until Christmas!" I said happily.

Suddenly, my phone rang. It was an unknown number, so I just ignored it. "Um, is it an unknown number?" Yuma said. "Yep," I said, as my phone rang again. "I'll just silence my phone. They'll get tired of calling eventually." I said as I silenced my phone.

"Dammit! They won't stop calling!" I said as I looked at my phone. I had 62 missed calls from this guy in just 20 minutes! "Maybe you should answer and put it on speaker." Shark suggested." Okay." I said as I answered the phone. "Hello?" I said. "Hello. Is this Zueki Tsukumo?" The stranger asked. "Who wants to know?" I asked, expecting this to be Mr. Agreste yet again. "I would like to talk to your father, Reginald Kastle. Is he there?" The stranger asked. "Yes, I'm here." Shark said. "I've gotten a report from a young girl saying that you stole a very valuable pendant from her. The chief of police is coming over to search your house for the pendant now. If they find it, you will be arrested and taken in for criminal charges. Do I make myself clear?" The stranger said. I looked at Shark. So did Yuma. "I'm sorry but, when was this pendant stolen?" I said. "Last night around 11:45." He said. "And, WHO gave you this report?" I asked. "I cannot reveal any information about the girl who reported this incident." The stranger said.

Suddenly, there was a very loud knock on the door. The caller hung up. "Chief of police! Open up!" We heard. "Zueki, go upstairs to your room," Shark said. "But what about you guys?" I asked. "Don't worry. We'll be fine." Shark said. I nodded, then ran upstairs to my room. I closed the door and locked it. "What's wrong Zueki?" Violet asked. "The police are here. They say Shark stole something from someone." I said, starting to cry. "But, when they find him innocent, they'll leave." Violet said. "I know but, when I was younger, I didn't like the police," I said. "Why?" Violet asked. "When I was adopted, Yuma was dating someone else. Her name was Jessica. At first, they both loved me. We would go to the park, watch movies, and then at night, Jessica would read me bedtime stories.

But one day, she didn't come home at her normal time. Yuma and I were very scared because we thought something had happened to her. She came home at midnight that night. It appeared that she was out drinking because she was a little drunk when she came home. I was six years old at the time. I heard everything. The screaming, the fighting, everything! And this went on for about a year.

One time, I went downstairs around 11:30 to get some water. Jessica was walking in the door at the time. She saw me and grabbed a pocket knife from her purse. She looked at me and smiled. She started getting closer, and closer. I screamed Yuma's name. He came running out of his room when he saw Jessica about to hurt me. Jessica ended up hurting herself, then she called the cops saying that Yuma was hurting her.

When they arrived, Yuma tried explaining everything. The cops took Yuma away and took Jessica to the hospital. The cops were going to take me to the orphanage until Jessica was well again. I didn't want that to happen, so I ran away to a friend's house. The cops were chasing me when I arrived at the house. I had gone to Rio's house. She was one of Yuma's friends, so I knew I could trust her. She answered the door and saw I was crying. The cops allowed me to stay in her care until Jessica was well again. After the cops left, Shark came downstairs. He's Rio's brother and was staying at her place. I explained everything to the two of them. Shark went down to the police station after telling me he would get Yuma back. He was gone all night until he returned around 6 am. He was with Yuma. I woke up after hearing Yuma's voice and I ran downstairs. Apparently, Jessica was arrested and Yuma was released, all thanks to Shark.

The first few weeks without Jessica were rough and easy. There was no one there to argue or hurt us, but I didn't have a mom and Yuma lost his girlfriend. About a month later, Yuma and Shark started dating. When I was eleven, they got married." I told Violet. "Wow. You've been through a lot. Even after losing your real parents." She said.

At that moment, we both heard screaming. I opened my door a little bit so I could hear what was going on. "We found it here, so you're proven guilty!" The Chief said. I ran downstairs to see Shark in handcuffs being taken away. I started to cry. "Zueki! Yuma! I promise I'll be okay!" Shark said. "Please! Don't take him! He's done nothing wrong!" Yuma shouted. I tried to run after Shark, but an officer held me back. "Let me go! I want to see my dad!" I said, struggling to break free.

Once I broke free, I ran outside as fast as I could. I was too late. They had taken one of the most important people in my life away. I looked at an officer who was walking out, carrying the pendant. It was the pendant that Lila owned. I wanted to make her pay for everything. But all I could do was sit there, and cry.
