Roman sat in the castle garden, making some nice little flower crowns as he brainstormed an idea for the adventure he and his other two friends were going on to find Virgil. He only went to the garden to wait for the two to come so they can go upstairs to his room.

He finished the last flower crown, which was full of roses and lilacs—maybe a few yellow dandelions in there as well. Roman frowned, realizing he subconsciously made the flower crown Virgil's and his favorite color(s).

'We really need to get a move on with the plan.' Roman thought to himself, sighing. 'I'm going crazy because of him now."

Roman put the flower crown on his head as he replaced it with the one he was wearing at the time. He smiled, remembering all the nice times he and Virgil had together—like that time when they had a food fight in the ballroom which was occupied.

Both of them didn't get in trouble, due to them blaming it on someone else.

The prince silently chuckled to himself, wiping a tear off his face once he realized he was crying from the memory. "I can't wait for us to make new memories with each other." He mumbled to himself. "It's been quiet without him here."

"Without who, brother?"

Roman squeaked, turning around on instant just to see his twin brother, Remus. Roman sighed and stood up off the bench he was sitting on. "Hello to you too, Remus."

The green clothed prince grinned, curling his mustache. "So, who are you talking about this time?? Your beloved princess Virgie?" Remus teased, leaning in close enough to make Roman a tad bit annoyed.

"He isn't my beloved princess, Remus," Roman groaned. "But yes, I was talking about Virgil. It's been.. I don't know, 15 years?? ..I hope he's safe." Roman crossed his arms and looked down at the dirt path, sighing.

Remus put a hand on Roman's shoulder and gave him a gentle smile. "Don't worry Brother. I doubt he's dead by now," He said, patting his brother's shoulder. "He's probably killing deer or something, you never know!"

Roman rolled his eyes but gave out a little chuckle. "Thanks for the talk of encouragement, Remus." Roman said, looking back up. The twin just grinned and nodded. "Well, I think your two little buddies are coming. Cya." Remus whispered, and walked away to who knows where.

Roman watched him walk away, and turned back to face the doors that led back into the castle. Logan and Patton were indeed, coming towards him. Logan seemed to have a scroll in his hand and Patton holding a batch of...cookies?

"Oh, Hello Patton and Logan." Roman said, giving a small smile. "Salutations Roman," Logan replied once he was in front of Roman. "I believe you've been thinking of the plan, correct?" Roman nodded. "Let's go to my room to discuss it."

"You can sit anywhere you want."

Logan went ahead and sat on the desk chair while Patton sat on Roman's bed. Roman stayed standing.

"So, what's the plan Roman?" Patton asked, placing the cookies to the side. Roman smiled. "Well, I've been thinking about this for a while, so I hope you think it's fine for now."

"Maybe we shouldn't just instantly run out of the castle at around 2 in the morning, Roman." Logan said, crossing his arms. "We still need to make sure there's no guards outside, your father is asleep, we have enough food, enough clothes, do I need to go on??"

"No, because I already have that covered." Roman answered. "Some of my maids are going to help with the clothes, and the chefs will make sure we have enough food. The only thing is, we don't know how long we're going to be looking for Virgil."

"For how long he's been gone for..? I'd say a few months at least you know?? Virge was never the type of person to go too far away from his home.." Patton replied, fiddling with his bracelets. Roman hummed in agreement.

"That's True, but what if he changed over the years..?" Roman questioned, and then he began to overthink some things, more 'what if's' and stuff. He shook his head to snap out of it, not wanting to think about all the negative things.

"That, is also possible." Logan answered. "Humans change over the years, but keep in mind that Virgil had—or maybe still has—severe anxiety. So it might change that possibility for him a bit."

Roman sighed. He just wanted to find his childhood friend and hug him tightly. Maybe some scolding for leaving him without a note or a goodbye or something, but he just wanted to hug Virgil tightly.

"Well, what are we waiting for?" Roman asked, looking at the two. Logan and Patton shared glances for a second, and looked back at the prince. Logan gave a simple nod as Patton stood up and stood in a heroic position.

"Let's get ready to save my son!" Patton said, voice full of determination. Logan raised an eyebrow. "Your son?" He asked, giving a small smirk. Patton nodded and looked at Logan.

"Virgil was always like a son to me! I would always be the father when me, Roman and Virgil would play small role-plays." Patton giggled. "Virgil would be the Child, me the father, and Roman the prince that came to visit to make sure his 'princess' was doing okay!"

Roman smiled, his face turning a slight red hue. "Ah, I remember those days." He chuckled. "Well, time flew by guys. You should probably go now, I don't want to waste your time."

"Aw, it's okay kiddo! You're not wasting our time! Right Logie?" Patton asked, looking over at Logan who rolled his eyes and nodded. "I also see you're now calling Roman 'Kiddo' and still calling me 'Logie.'" Logan said, adjusting his glasses. "You can call Roman whatever you want, but don't call me 'Logie' please."

"Mmm, nah. I think I'll keep calling you that, Logie!"

"Alright, my request gets ignored once again."
