After walking for a bit, Tanaka and Noya decide to go to their favorite paint and art supply store: Sakanoshita's
Noya went into the small store, as he opened the door he heard the familiar song of a bell. The owner greeted him with a small grunt and continued reading his newspaper. Tanaka was in the other aisle looking at the color scheme samples as Noya was looking at a wall of orange. he saw three particular shades that he needed a refill for. he grabbed them and looked at the prices and then to his wallet.
"Ryu!" He chimed standing on his tiptoes to have his head reach above the aisles.
"Yeah, Yuu?" Noya saw his friend lookup head hovering just above the aisle.
"I only have about half of what I need for the paint can you pay for the rest?"
"Pay me back next week," Tanaka said his head going back below the top of the aisle.
"Thank you!" Noya stood back flat on his feet as he went over to the aisle Tanaka was in. seeing his friend looking at several sample cards with different colors with the serial number in the corner of each box. Ryu had about five in the back pocket of his pants looking through others.
"Hey c' mere." He said motioning a hand in his direction signaling Noya to come closer. "I think you should use this one for your next piece."
Noya walked closer to his friend looking over his arm and the small card in his hand.

Noya gave a quick glance at each color.
"I only have three of those. I'm out of cash at the moment we might have to wait until I get paid next week," he said leaning back on his heels rocking back and forth.
"Then use the one you did on the train car the other day, I liked that one."
"You mean the one with the hot pink bubbles that wrote 'Bubble Gum Baby'?"
"No the other one, the one with the crows and the purple and blue lightning."
"I could do a song inspired one with that."
"Oh, you haven't done one of those in a while!" Tanaka got excited. "You should do this one I've been listening to it's called 'Honey Lavender',"
"I'll give it a try," Noya said. "We should get going."
"Yeah, hey there is a street vendor selling takoyaki, you wanna get some and hang around for a bit," Tanaka inquired as Noya was walking away.
Noya stopped and turned to his friend. "You payin'?"
Tanaka only laughed in response and followed him to the register. After paying they went over to the takoyaki street vendor and continued on with their night.
Back at Sakanoshits's.
"AHG! WE MISSED HIM AGAIN!" Hinata yelled in annoyance. He wanted to pull out his hair. How does this happen? Twice!
"Yup sorry, they were talking about color schemes and getting takoyaki before they left though," Ukai said not looking up from his newspaper.
"what do you mean 'they'?" Kageyama piped in.
"He was here with a friend." he clarified.
Hinata jumped at this opportunity. "What did they look like? What were their names? What were they buying? Did they mention anything about me? Are they from our school? WHO WERE THEY?!"
Ukai jumped back as the redhead slammed his hands on the counter causing the tip jar to jump. "I don't know!" Ukai said defensively.
"Hinata stop, you're overwhelming him. Well, how about you answer my question, do we know them?" Kageyama asked pulling back his tiny and enthusiastic friend.
"Yeah you know both of them, They're on the Volleyball Team."
