S E V E N

Y/N'S POV

I woke up to the sound of my alarm beating ever so loudly. I really hate mornings. I slowly headed to the restroom and washed my face. I quickly put my clothes on and went to the kitchen. I guess keiji wasnt awake yet since he wasn't nagging on me to make breakfast.

After a few minutes I managed to make some chocolate pancakes. I gobbled down about 3 and by the time I was finished keiji had shown. He sat down next to me and started eating. We talked a little about how great we were adjusting to UA. Once he finished we left and started heading to school.

We got to school a bit earlier than usual. I decided to head to class since keiji was with a group of his friends and I felt awkward.

Once I got there I was surprised to see todoroki. He was sitting on his desk with earbuds on and his eyes were closed. He seemed so relaxed i-it was beautiful. I then had the best idea. I should scare him.

So I slowly made my way next to his desk and grabbed onto his leg and pulled it. His reaction was priceless ,it was all fun and games until he kicked my nose. And I was out cold.

~ 2 hours later~

I woke up to move sleeping positions, when I realized I wasn't sleeping in my bedroom, I was somewhere else. I quickly stood up, but then fell back down. The lack of iron made me feel dizzy since I got up too quickly.

I saw some older lady sitting down near me.

"Hello dear, I'm recovery girl. I see you got hurt pretty bad, but you'll be fine ,it's nothing severe." Said the older lady. She seemed so sweet like a grandma.

"Thank you so much for taking care of me."

"It was no problem dear. Since you seem in good condition,I think it's best you head back to class. Let me just write a note to let your teacher know that you're good to go."

She passed me a pink slip and returned my backpack. I was about to leave when she told me.

"0h before I forget dear,there was a boy outside who wanted to talk to you."

"oh wOw I'm popular ain't I, hehe... wElp thanks again recovery girl." Why doesn't anyone ever laugh at my jokes, gOsh ...

I got out of the nurses office and was about to head to class when I heard someone call my name.

"y/n"

"... oh todoroki it's you, sorry for what happened dude. I'm praying that aizawa sensei didn't blame you for this."

"I should be the one apologizing y/n ,I'm the one who kicked you in the first place. Dont think I did it on purpose though. I have a tendency to hit people when reacting."

"Its fine todoroki I know you wouldn't hit me on purpose."

"Its nice to know that you have me in a high esteem, I appreciate that. Oh and y/n call me shoto."

"Thank you shoto..."

At that moment I dont know what came over me. I just felt such a nice connection to todoroki, and the fact that he was the only one there waiting to see if I was alright, showed how much he cared. So I went in and gave him a hug. It's been burly a few days that we've known eachother but I can already tell that we're going to be good friends.

He was a bit stiff at first, it seemed like he hasn't gotten a lot of hugs because he didnt know how to act. But then he wrapped his arms around my back and hugged me back. It was such a beautiful moment. I was able to feel his warmth ,he even smelled a bit like lavender. He felt fresh, even while wearing his blazer I could still feel his solid abs .👀 We hadn't realized that we were hugging for about a minute now. So I quickly stepped away. I couldn't bring myself to look at him cause I got slightly flustered, so I just looked down to the ground.

"I-im sorry shoto, I should've asked if you were ok with the hug."

He wasn't responding so I slightly looked up to see if he was still there ,but to my surprise he had a beautiful smile forming on his face. He seemed genuinely happy for once. It was precious.

"Its fine y/n dont worry about it. I-i actually enjoyed it, I normally dont get a lot of hugs, but I felt like this one really made my day."

"..."

HE'S TOO CUTE AHHH. I can't this is too adorable!!!

"Well we should get to class before everyone starts to get worried..."

"Yes of course"

While we were making our way to class, it was completely silent. I couldn't bring myself to talk since I was too flustered and todoroki seemed like he was thinking about something else. Plus it felt too awkward for just small talk so I thought it would be best just to stay quiet.

Once we made it to class everyone turned to us. Uncle shota seemed to be glad that I was doing ok, and the whole class slightly cheered when I entered. Denki got up and asked if I was ok. He grabbed my face by my chin and started examining my nose.

"I'm alright kami, it wasn't anything severe. Recovery girl said I should be doing just fine."

"I'm glad your ok y/n,I actually got worried when they said todoroki kicked your nose. I mean have you seen the dude ?! He's hella strong. He could've killed you for all we know."

"I'm fine and it wasn't his fault ... i was the one who tried startling him, his kick was just out of reaction."

"you really are stupid"

"..."

"This is not the time to be talking kaminari, pay attention or else you'll have to stay 10 minutes after class."

"Yes aizawa sensei"

Once class was over everyone rushed out. I was glad to finally go home and get some rest. My head was slightly starting to hurt but I guess that was due to the impact. I grabbed my backpack and started walking out. Once I got to the main entrance, I saw ochaco, izuku, iida and todoroki. They were all talking. I waved my hand at them and slightly smirked.

"OII"

"HEY Y/n can you come for a sec"

"Hey what's up izuku?"

"Uraraka wanted to go eat some ramen ,wanna come?"

"woAh ramen, t-that sounds good. Count me in"

"Great, then let's get going!"

Oya oya hey you guys, hope y'all are enjoying the story so far, and thank you for being patient with me. =))

The story plot may seem a bit confusing. Some of you may be thinking "this is a shoto x reader story not denki x reader, so why does y/n like denki?" Welp I hope yall can give the story plot a chance, it will get better I promise. Just trust me on this one XD.
