"That's the thing though, you don't get it do you?!" he snaps bitterly. "Everything is all about you, you, and you. You took everything from me Xena, now it's time I return the favour."

His face contorts into a painful scowl as he raises his hands, pushing my helpless body into the choppy waves below. My wrists sting and I can feel the rubbed flesh bleeding, the warm liquid transforming the water a deep crimson.

Kicking my legs as hard as I possibly could my face finally rises out into the open ocean. The cruise ship is missing and I'm in the middle of the ocean with my wrists and ankles bound together by rope. My organza white gown is sticking to my flesh and all I can do is breath heavily through the gag.

I'm going to die out here.
