That afternoon, Jaemin goes to the market with Jeno and the twins to buy some ingredients that is needed for the food later. The boy just decided that they should walk so that the family could somehow enjoy the traditional houses in his city. They walked until they reached the market.

Jaemin gets a cart and let the twins seat inside while Jeno pushed it. Jeno doesn't know when did he last go shopping. Maybe when he's in grade school, his mother would usually let him go with her. Then, that stopped when he entered high school. This also be a first for the twins since his maids go shopping, instead of him.

"Do you want anything?" Jaemin asked to the twins.

Jihoon looked at Jeno with a pout. Jeno already told them about not to get spoiled by Jaemin. The babysitter looked at the man as well, curious about the twins looking at their dad.

"Are you asking permission to daddy?"

The twins nodded.

"Ah, let them for once. It's my treat and it's a celebration," Jaemin said and going to the ice cream section to get two sticks.

Jeno looked at the twins and back to Jaemin, "You're spoiling them."

"They're kids."

After that, they go to the counter to pay and walked back to the house. Jeno was the one who carried the paper bag with Jaemin hold the twins' hand while they eat their ice cream.

"You good living here for a week?" Jaemin asked.

Jeno chuckled, "You're really worried about us not feeling comfortable, huh?"

"I-I can't help it. You live in a such nice house then you'll stay here?"

"I'm good, we're good," Jeno assured.

"Someday, I'll give my parents a nice house. I said that before and after I graduate from college then get a job, I'll definitely earn for a house."

The man looked at him.

"You're not going to leave us, are you?"

Jaemin was surprised. He didn't even expect Jeno saying that. He blushed lightly, if that's possible, "O-Of course not...Why would I?"

Jeno looked...relieved. Jaemin didn't want to jump into conclusions but his mind betrayed him. He doesn't want to hope for something impossible.

They arrived at the house and Jaemin gave the ingredients to his mother. They immediately prepared for the celebration and also for dinner. Jaemin lets Jeno and the twins to take some rest in their room while they prepare. He'll just call them when it's finished.

Jaemin stayed in the kitchen with his mother while they cut some vegetables and meats.

"I never thought you'd be a babysitter," she said.

"I didn't mean to be one."

His mother smiled, "Where's the mother of the kids?"

Jaemin shrugged, "I haven't seen her..."

"You think she left the--"

"Ma! Be quiet! You shouldn't say anything behind someone's back."

She shrugged, "I'm just curious. Jeno's handsome and has beautiful kids, it's impossible that a woman would leave them."

The curiosity that Jaemin held in the past few days came back to him. His mind was then again full of questions. He has this desire to know more about Jeno. But the man isn't an open book neither easy to read.

"Ah!"

"Eh, you're clumsy as ever, Minnie!"

Jaemin immediately put his wounded finger under the running water. Just because he's too spaced out, he just run the blade of the knife pass his skin and made it bleed. Suddenly, he got startled when Jeno came out of the room.

"What happened?" the man asked as soon as he saw the deep wound on Jaemin's finger.

"I...just--"

"He was spacing out," his mother answered.

Jaemin pouted and furrowed his eyebrows.

"Clumsy, aren't you?" Jeno whispered while Jaemin's mother is out to get some clean cloth and medicine.

"I was just thinking about something..."

When Jaemin's mother returned, Jeno insisted on treating the boy's wound since she needs to go back to the farm to look at her husband. He cleaned the wound and while he does this, he doesn't know that Jaemin was looking at him. Somehow trying to read the man again but he couldn't. He looked away when Jeno finished and he pulled his hand away.

"Thank you," he said in a small voice then he slowly goes back seating but Jeno stopped him by holding his wrist, "You need anything?"

Jeno shook his head, "I'll do it instead. You go into the room and look out for the kids."

The boy crossed his arms, "Do you know how to cut vegetables? You might be the one getting wounded."

"N-No...but I'm sure your mother will help me."

Jaemin pushed him to sit and stood behind the man. He gave Jeno the knife to let him hold it and put the man's hand on the vegetable. Jaemin didn't mean to be flirty but he just did it. He held Jeno's hands and tried cutting for Jeno to learn. It made Jeno flustered but he just sat still.

"Simple, isn't it? You good?" Jaemin asked.

Jeno nodded, "I'll...do the rest."

"Okay, call me."

Jaemin goes out of the kitchen and into the room where the twins are. Jeno sighed and continued to cut the vegetables slowly but surely. Then, Jaemin's mother returned and continued cooking.

"Has Minnie been good?" she asked, breaking the ice.

Jeno nodded, "Yes, he has. Even though he's too busy studying, he still got the time to do his work."

"Well, he raised himself like that. Even though we were probably the hindrance, he always pursued what his heart desires."

"I can see that. Just from the way he spoke to me on the job interview, he looked determined. That's why I hired him for my twins."

She sat down while she let the pasta boil, "I'm glad."

"Of what, Mrs. Na?" Jeno asked.

"He found someone like you."

The man blinked twice, "E-Eh?"
