Rainbow stared blankly at the screen of his phone as the group chat crashed again, no no no this wasn't happening now, it had to be a joke..
Why did it have to crash at the worst possible time. Tears began to drip from his eyes, "B..Blue.." He cried, his tears falling on his phone screen. Rainbow sobbed softly, holding his phone tightly in his hands.
There was a knock at his bedroom door, "Rainbow? Are you alright?" He heard Sabre call to him through the door. Rainbow silently walked to his door, opening it, hearing Sabre gasp. He's still sobbing. Sabre pulls him into a tight hug, rubbing his back gently, "Hey.. hey..It's okay.."
Rainbow sobbed into Sabre, not noticing the familiar sound of the group chat coming back online and the spam of messages. Sabre gently took Rainbow's phone from him, reading the messages.
"Who is SpiritBlu?" Sabre asked Rainbow, who looked to Sabre and then grabbed his phone back, looking at his screen and looked like he was now crying joyful tears, "It's him...an old friend of mine. He is a Blue Steve and he died for me..." Sabre looked shocked, "Wow.."
"He was my bestest friend...I am so happy I can speak to him again."
