Izzy, Sammie, Cassafras, and Daisy were walking and looking at the beautiful horizon. The sun was setting darkening the world slowly. "We might have to camp her over night." Cassafras said. "But we don't have anything to keep us warm." Izzy said already getting cold. "I can fix that." Daisy said. she concentrated on a tree in front of her. Suddenly four leaves flew from the tree and into Daisy's hands. Daisy laid each down in a circle around her. the leaves stated expanding into huge leaves. "Okay now I just have to turn them into sleeping bags." Daisy said. The leaves folded up into pouches.
"Goodnight everybody." Cassafras said. They all slipped into their sleeping bags. The edge of the sun sunk beneath the horizon.

Izzy woke up to the feeling of itching. Izzy opened her eyes. Above her she saw a face. Izzy squealed. "Who are you?" Izzy shouted. Everyone was awake now. "I'm Mimi." the girl said. "Why were you watching me sleep!?" Izzy said. "Actually I was watching the unicorn sleep. I love unicorns!" Mimi said. She started hugging Cassafras. "You. Guys. Are. Letting. This. Happen?" Cassafras said barley able to breathe. "Listen you crazy chick. Let go of her. That is not comfortable. She doesn't want to be touched." Daisy said to Mimi. Mimi let go and sat there. Just staring off into space.

Izzy took her sleeping bag off. All over her were red bites swollen up to the size of a golf ball. "I look like I have little tomatoes sticking out of me!" Izzy said worried. "I know what those are. Those are Mydrid Centipede bites." Mimi said. "Daisy, I know you put those in her sleeping bag." Cassafras said. "So what if I did." Daisy said with a giggle. "It's okay, I know how to cure it." Mimi said.

Mimi walked into the woods and came out with some things. She laid the objects on Izzy's body. Mimi started waving her hands above Izzy and the objects. Right before everybody's eyes the bites started going down. "Just don't scratch yourself because the centipede's saliva is inside your blood. If you scratch enough their salvia will become toxic." Mimi explained. "Thanks. You should join us. We could use a great person to heal our team." Izzy said. "Does that mean we are friends?" Mimi asked. "I guess." Izzy said. "I have never had friends. I try to make friends, but I-. I can't be on your guys team. I will only put you in harm's way." Mimi said with a frown.
"We are your friends and we want you to come." Izzy said. "What if. What if. I don't think I should." Mimi said. "Come on. Just come with us and enjoy yourself." Sammie said. "Okay I will come." Mimi said with a worried look on her face.

Sammie hugged tree after tree as they walked along the path. Then the beautiful forest met a path of dead plants. Sammie still hugged the ugly trees. "I have a bad feeling about this place. Sammie stop hugging those trees!" Daisy said. But it was to late. Three eyes appeared on the tree. A giant root ripped out of the earth and hit Sammie. It knocked her down onto the ground. Cassafras stabbed the root with her horn. The root shriveled up and fell off. "Yes we did it!" Mimi said with her hands in the air.

Suddenly three more roots shoot out of the dirt, shaking the ground. "Cassafras can't just stab each of them. We need another plan." Izzy said. "I have an idea!" Daisy said. She closed her eyes and put her hams by her sides. She took a deep breathe in. Then as she raised her hands a giant Venus fly trap emerged from the ground. "Now we just have to get one of the roots to hit the fly trap. It will get angry and attack the tree." Daisy said. Izzy dove towards the tree and kicked it. She darted away. She ducked just in time as the root went above her head and hit the Venus fly trap. The fly trap became outraged. It bite one of the roots off with one big bite. The tree took a swing at the fly trap and barely touched. The fly trap swung its self around and bit it off. The fly trap bit the last root. This time the tree quickly shot its root into the air. It ripped the fly trap out of the ground. The fly trap was going to die soon. As the root flew back down towards the fly trap to smash it, the fly trap took one huge chomp. The root flew off. The entire tree shriveled up and collapsed.

"Well, wasn't that exciting." Izzy said with a deep breathe. She knew for sure it was not a dream now. "Mimi, this doesn't usually happen." Cassafras said. As Mimi turned around Cassafras realized that Mimi's eyes were completely pitch black. "I WILL BARRY YOU ALL ALIVE!" Mimi shouted with an evil laugh. "What is going on." Izzy said. "What happened to the nice, caring Mimi?" Cassafras asked.

Suddenly the wind picked up speed. Mimi started making Izzy rise from the ground. "Ahh! I kind of need help!" Izzy screamed. Mimi slammed Izzy onto the ground. Daisy started throwing things at Mimi that exploded. "What are those things?" Cassafras questioned. "They're blazing blossoms." Daisy replied as she threw another one. Mimi looked over at Daisy. A ring of fire lit around Daisy. The fairy tried to use her wings to fly over the fire, but the fire rose when she got near the edge. "I'll get you out of there Daisy!" Cassafras shouted as she darted towards the fire.

Then the wind calmed down and the fire went away. Mimi fell to the ground struggling to breathe. Her eyes were back to normal. Her breathing became more consistent and she sat up. "This is what I was talking about. I'm an accident waiting to happen." Mimi said in a small, depressed voice. Everything was quiet until they heard the sound of rushing water heading their way. Soon they saw what it really was. Sadly it wasn't water.
